Hey Rodolfo, It honestly just takes time to develop the high dives. They need to first get comfortable with their technique and that will help ease them into high dives. So I would start from the ground up. Start them on their sides, the up to their knees than up to their feet. But the knees are vital because that is where they learn to hit the ground properly without hitting the ground with the extra force that comes with high dives from your feet.
