How I Do My Goalkeeper Training (In The Off Season...)

I am currently at home on vacation, back in December 2023. As a professional goalkeeper with 18 years of experience, sustaining a career in the game for such a lengthy period requires a dedicated focus on both body and goalkeeping skills. Therefore, during my vacations, I consistently work on honing my skills and maintaining fitness. This ensures that when I return to pre-season with my team, my fitness levels and goalkeeping abilities are in optimal condition.
