      Mine is acting up also. How long has yours been unable to connect to Wi-Fi? I feel like mine started shorty after the latest update on 07/12/2022.

      Mine is hit or miss. It doesn't run well on schedules even. I've chalked it all up to Roomba being an unethical company that builds in obsolescence into the software OR poor design where necessary software patches have rendered the hardware nearly useless. Either way I will not buy another Roomba. They offered me a "discount" on a new unit that was more than a new unit. Terrible company with terrible customer support.

      I've never been able to connect mine to wifi which makes it pointless cause it just gets stuck constantly and makes more mess

    Hello. I'm from Brazil and my Roomba has the same problem. I both it in USA. I don't know what to do.

      I had to keep calling the company and emailing them until I got to speak to a manager. He got it to work by connecting to it from his computer. About two days later it started not working again. It will work every once and a while now - but not like it did. They ended up offering me 20% off of a new one - which their prices are more than if I bought one full price on Amazon. I will never buy a Roomba again. Next time I'm going to go with one of the other - higher rated brands. Best of luck my friend!
