I just got this scam. Person had a middle eastern accent and couldn't tell me who filed the paperwork against me. They also had a address I have not used in 10 years. I called her back which went to 'Process Server Dispatch ' and when I asked him where they were located he said it was irrelevant in a rude way. I hung up. Checked courts and nothing had been filed against me.
The process server, if he or she is a Lawful element, is a Sheriff or a deputy of that sheriff of said County. The mailman can't deliver process orders from the court or a dumbass debt collector either. The post office is paid directly by those process creators the fee to the service.

That happen to me with a civil dispatch wanted me to go to a 855 number with wasn't apart of civil disbatch was shadey
