    I looked for over an hour trying to find a picture or a video that explained what you just showed in ~45 seconds. I got the whole Lady between two majors but I wasn't picturing the pathway that your video showed. Big thanks!!!

    Merci!!!! I discovered your UA-cam and am so grateful. I was wondering if you could explain what exactly you mean by fixators, effectors and adjusters? I'm especially interested in the adjuster synergy with the long head of the biceps. I'm totally on the team, that thinks the long head of the biceps has important job to do with stabilizing and making the shoulder joint function better....

    hey we want all the muscle , because it is an easy way to understend anatomy

      Well, not all of us.
      In my case, I just wanted to look up a specific muscle that I am currently struggling with on how it functions and where it is actually visible, the other muscles I’m good.
      For beginners, it’s better to start studying superficial muscles then go deep once you get the hang of it.
