That is perhaps the most creative take on 'not a booth dinette' I think I've ever seen! I love it! Clearly it isn't for everyone, but it's a fantastic option!
Televator dropping from above might allow people in recliner to see over or around anyone sitting at table/desk. Also I’d always worry about something spilling and falling into the openings around the current televator set up. Agree about pop up power towers. Really like the bench and coat rack. I like several different aspects of the bedroom set up. Didn’t see it, but assuming there is a tv option in bedroom? Nice couples camper.
This Arcadia just jumped to near the top of my wife and I's list, were starting to plan to buy our first camper, and are really wanting something sub 30ft for easier towing/backing and park access, the bar and televator on this are amazing and perfect for a couples model giving great entertainment viewing without having a high TV, its something we are both wanting and high on our wishlist. I think some power towers in the kitchen would be fantastic I also want to say thank you for the great videos Josh, you have educated my wife and I a ton with tips, and things to look for on an RV.
Thanks Nerd! I like the coat rack, it is prefect size to hang some art to the side and not feel crowded when walking into the camper. I like the bar, nobody getting squished when sitting down. With people/kids kicking, I understand why no fireplace in front of the televator/bar. Love the camp kitchen design (🤭Safety first for your bits while around the griddle).
Let me tell you something… I try every single day to stay calm when people say things that don’t make sense. You keep doing what you do for those of us who really appreciate it 👍 Thank you Josh and nice rig ! I wish I had a better truck to pull one!
I absolutely LOVE this floorplan for a couple's 5th wheel. Josh, tell the top tiers to copy it! :) It checks so many boxes for me, both in layout and functionality. It screams for a fireplace under the bar/table. However, I really want this floorplan in a more robust build, i.e. an Alliance Paradigm or god willing, an Arctic Fox. I can only imagine what they could do with a 101" frame, maybe lose the bedroom slide in the process which I wouldn't be sad about. Personally, I wouldn't mind some more weight as I'll be towing with a dually, but I am still looking for a sub 30ft and this layout would be nearly perfect. It's kinda a lonely place to be looking as almost all the sub 30ft rigs are trying to keep the weight down.
It began in Cougar Now it's in both Arcadia and Artic Wolf Cougar also just made a step-up version with a bed slide at only 32ft total length called the 260MLE!!
I am so in LOVE with that bathroom!!! Someone finally made thee perfect bathroom!!! THANK YOU!!! 😍😍😍 🤗🤗🤗🤗 The bedroom really needs an open window at the front of the bed on both sides!! Then this 5th would be PERFECTION!!!! 😍
Love the non-coffin bed setup, thank you finally! And a shin shaver shower 👍 great road mode tho i would like a microwave handy for a coffee warm up, along with power towers for extra plugs.
After looking at Avenue and Cougar, we bought this model! I would have bet money on those but when my wife saw this floorplan, she loved it. I'm happy downsizing from a bunkhouse. We upgraded the solar along with adding soft start on the a/c units and we truly believe we found our forever trailer.
I like this! The table/counter/desk is great. I love that it faces out, no neck bustng to look at the view. I'm not sure I'd get much work done there though! Getting rid of a dinette or table seems to make the room larger, and it sure helps the road mode. I'd prefer a fold out. Theater chairs are great, but if I need an extra bed that's the only place to have it. Unless they take their shoes off, then they can sleep on the counter. Speaking of the counter, I'd rather see it squared, not tapered, at the edges. Smooth the corner to help avoid breaking a hip, but with that much of a curve you lose leg room. It's pretty and all, but it needs to be more functional. As is, it kind of looks like an after thought. I love the bedroom. Not only is it highly functional, it's pretty too. I like the headboard, and especially that the USB ports are there. As the 1 out of 3 that uses a PAP machine I really appreciate that. Lots of windows, love that! That jacket space by the slide...I like that the bulky part is at the back, it keeps the sightline open. I think the area of wall next to it is being wasted. It's a great spot to hang keys, put up a bulletin board, maybe a chalk board, to plan out where you want to go or do. Edit- I was reading some comments about to power towers, and I can't remember if there is an outlet to service that table space? Nomads need plugs!
Very nice. I really like the separate utility hookup cabinet. Keeps the main cargo hold open and more usable. One thing I would question is the AC vents in the kitchen. Looks as if they are partially over the cabinets. Should have bumped them forwards, in that area. That will cause some poor air flow.
That combo televator/dinette bar is a great idea. I think I'd find some sort of mat or tablecloth to lay on top when not watching TV to reduce the possibility of the inevitable spillage from dripping inside.
I would move the fire extinguisher right away, not too sure about that vent on the floor right beside the toilet, but I really like that they finished that foward compartment to make it easy to clean, and that the one side of that compartment drops down would be perfect spot for my oily dirty tools.
Love the rear kitchen and folks you will love that buffet with the televator. We have a similar feature in our Ventana and it gives you so much more space for dinning, think taco bar or potato bar. The only thing I wish is to have an option of a king bed. Really nice little 5th wheel.
This is a whole lot of trailer! The elimination of the "Dining Booth/U-shaped Booths, shows me they are listening to the customers! Keystone wisely steal elements that make sense. When you have the versatility to put in a multi-fuctional table, dining table, work station, movie nights, and the counter space is great!!!! At least there no radius shower stall!!!! Josh, you da man, when you're the Best, to he'll with the rest!!!!!
Other than the Dollar Store 4” fart fan😑this is an awesome couple’s floorplan that offers more open space with a breakfast bar instead of a dinette and gives the RV a residential look and feel👍👍and Matt, I hope you’re listening and start removing your shoes😂
The only change I would make to this would be to put the stove and microwave on the camp side (next to the dining bar) to make them accessible in road mode. Otherwise it’s a great design.
They are finally listening!!! I love that the T.V. is an afterthought, yet still functional. But having a workspace/eating area with a huge campside window is exactly what I am looking for! This might be waldo for me!
This would be perfect for my wife and I except… same problems we run into with all campers. It would be awesome if builders would keep old people in mind. Higher toilets, grab bars and shower safety. In south east Idaho, and I’m guess many places, a lot of us old timers love to get out to the woods. But it gets to hard when you can’t get off the toilet and don’t feel safe in the shower. But otherwise I love this camper. Would buy it in a heartbeat. Keep up the good work.
❤ Really nice. I already have a sweet little electric fireplace I could put under the TV. My only gripe is the 2 sewer hookup thang. 😢 My '99 Montana has 1 dump hookup that both the kitchen & bath/toilet dump from. 😊 How hard could it be to do that on something this small? ❤❤❤ A REAL CLOSET!! 😅 Bless em! 🎉 I do like the bench/coat rack set up, too! You're right about the "tower of power". I think in the corner where it can be used on both sides for different electric appliances. Course, I'm looking at things as a full timer.
Hey brother, did you see it, can you feel it???? We are now seeing the effect that Brinkley is having on the RV manufacturer's this year! Just loving what's coming!!!!
This one is really influenced by the cougar 23MLE But there's no doubt brinkley's efforts are resounding thru the industry But that's normal whenever someone is successful. You know how a lot of big fifth wheels have those rear sofas now instead of rear recliners? That's because of heartland. Sometimes things shape the entire industry
When we are in the market for our next 5th wheel, we'd give Arcadia a shot. We are partial to Cougar. I cannot stand the fact that Cougar hinges cabinets up but refuses to utilize struts to hold them open. Tired of all my socks and underwear ending up on the bed when I am trying to get one pair. (Have to hold the doors up to get stuff out)
Hi Josh, You have the best video presentation of anyone! You move the camera slowly, that really makes for a quality video presentation!!! I like your comic relief! I really do like this 5th wheel. One thing I'd like to understand better is the composite floor system, does it have an R-value? Also what is the R-value in the ceiling, walls and floor of this Arcadia? A couple suggestions, it is doable to add those power station pop-ups coming out of the counter by installing a strip of white wire mold vertically going down the backsplash to get power to them. I'm a retired carpenter/electrician and house building contractor. The last thing as a suggestion to the company is, I think it is very doable to put an electric fireplace by the coat cabinet. What I would do is cut about 1' off the side of that cabinet, then put a fireplace next to it. May be able to switch the 2 around so the coat cabinet would be closer to the door walking in. Only question is, will it start cutting into the traffic area?? ...Your thoughts?
Unsure on specific r values because i feel you can almost never trust mfg published values nowadays. They’re not verified by any sort of third party or standards All the r40 nonsense out there is all the proof you really need of thay Northwood is one of the only brands with REAL r values published anymore
I would have _loved_ that layout when I was shopping. I think the only lack I see off-hand is on the dinette bar; outlets (either surface-mount or on that stub wall) would be an excellent addition, I think. Maybe one of those charge-tower things with the wireless charger on the top.
I agree with the commentor who said the Microwave should be on the left of the kitchen somewhere. I get the logic of putting it over the stove - but when we stop for lunch at a rest area or truck stop, we use our microwave on the inverter to heat soup, or other foods for lunch. Also agree with the power towers - I can never plug things into those undercabinet outlets without bending way over to see what I'm doing, and I'm too old to bend over that much 🙂
The kitchen table/entertainment isn't deep enough. I think it would make an incredible desk with bullt-in monitor. But to make that work, I need another 6-12 inches of depth to get me far enough back that I can use it as an external monitor and I like to spread out. I think there is enough room even in "road mode" to add some additional desk space. I'd also want enough table space some crumbs/food aren't going down the televator. My IKEA desk is 63x31, that is the type of workspace I'm looking for to make this a "home office" area. Adding one more comment, replace the small jacket bench area with a tiny coffee bar area or maybe some sort of fold down table for a coffee bar.
They could add a hinged flip up to extend the desk so you aren't right in top of a monitor. If you're using the TV as a monitor, it'd be way too big to sit that close
i really like this but, i notice to save room a lot of floorplans are eliminating the fireplace and years ago i thought they were useless but now, i would not even consider a camper without one. i have had many different campers over the years, and my 2021 rockwood 2608bs is by far the best and probably the last one i have ever owned. God bless
Wow, that’s a great layout! How often is over 12’ to tall? Just wondering.. also, why the heck is it that the drains and poop pipes look like it’s an after thought. Those could at least be 4 inches higher.
I do like this more than many. Agree with popup charger or outlet on little wall by setting. Hard to put coffee maker anywhere with short card. Like water connection in own little area.
looking back at this video because we're getting serious about buying a Cougar Sport 2700BH. The decor the wood colors and saddle brown seats in this... chef kiss. I wish this was an option across the Cougar sports.
@@JoshtheRVNerd oh no! I might be alone in this but I think the Arcadia decor is darn near perfect. Maybe they’ll have a garage sale and I can pick up some of those seats! 😉😂
I agree a power tower needs to be on kit. Especially for appliances..that have short cords now. Place to hang jackets, etc. Needs 2 be closer to door if possible. Overall 😮love it. Road mode is great. Love (heate) on demand😅 like outside kitchen. Like front door! "Crapp & cap?😂😂
I like the layout of the trailer. Makes a lot of sense. I might consider converting the coat rack/seat to a two door cabinet with shelves in it for storage of stuff. When the slide is in, it would help keep the doors closed as well while travelling if something should break loose inside. Also, you didn't mention what kind of slide system was used. It looks like a cable system from the video, so that would be my biggest concern with the cables stretching over time. Overall, I really like the rig. Would have been nice to show where the generator and solar would have been installed. I suspect right in the front, but you didn't bother to show that cavity. Also, you didn't talk about the Gas Capacity and bottle location/locations. I suspect one bottle on the camping side, but maybe two? A roof view would have also been nice in this video. Anyway, I liked what I saw. The biggest thing you left out was the PRICE! Ahhh, yes the price... How much is this baby, no Really, how much would it cost me to drive it off the lot today, Nov 15, 2023. Yes, I know prices can vary, but Today, what is the number????🤔
@@JoshtheRVNerd thanks for the quick reply, and also thanks for pointing me in the right direction to get today's sale number. Keep up the great work on the videos, we all love them and learn a lot with each video.
Thanks for another great review Josh! No one does them better! Really like this RV. Im more familiar with the Cougar models. Is Arcadia a step down or up from Cougar?
Perfect floor plan. Everything I've ever asked for. So good can forgive the wood decor. Would stain it something more modern. The f150 hybrid should be good to go so I'm loving it!
This is nice. I don't like the televator style but I know others do....would prefer tv would swing downward so I could make more use of that counter area. A pop up tower would be nice. Otherwise pretty neat!! 😊
I like it! The only things I would change right off the bat would be to have some type of gasket for the televator. Someone spills their drink on that countertop and whoops! There goes your tv! No fireplace? Why not ditch the "coat rack kinda storage" near the slide for a fireplace with a small shelf? That would be a better option.
I love it and want it, perfect entertainment center/desk area for a digital nomad and the kitchen is great! If I had the means I'd be in to look at one this weekend. Only complaint is no WD prep. For a more upscale 5th wheel model I'd expect and appreciate one. If only they stretched it another 2 feet or so to accomodate it.
"Ye Ole Dually Crap Caps"! Oh, how you make me laugh. I appreciate that. Very nice couples model. This one is now on my list. With no camp side slide, why is the bench area so narrow? You could use the space for storage? Maybe that's where maps, pictures, and the honey-do list go. Can I throw an electric fireplace under that televator?
I love this floorplan! The desk is amazing. Regarding that “forward wall”: my nightmare scenario would be that I put stuff in those cabinets, they shift around in transit, push the door open, and then the slide will rip everything off when I open it. I love the bedroom and side stands. (King option would be nice.) And I’d like to see USB-C (PD) ports replace USB-A ports everywhere. iPads, laptops, they all take USB-C now.
Brands like imagine and wildwood are also doing some interesting new things But keystone has been pumping out original stuff for quite some time for sure
The ONLY thing I would change is that space where the coats can hang, a “fireplace” would be amazing with a small counter above it for a coffee station. Otherwise this is perfect!!!
Very nice unit and floor plan. The only change I would make would be change the theater seat to hideabed. Have a 12 year old and I guess he needs a place to sleep. Regarding the accessory hitch. Can that be changed out to a towable hitch and still maintain warranty?
nice. throw a fire place in front of the TV, make that window behind the TV a slider vs worthless crank out(next to no air flow). Do those windows in the kitchen open? cant tell, did not see a hand crank on the bottom. I do like this camper layout.
Josh, I really like this floor plan. You said others make the same thing, would you tell me who they are. I have a 2021 Cougar 24sab TT, which I'd like to upgrade. Not sure if my 21 Ram 1500 Limited 3L diesel can handle the 5th wheel.
We just upgraded our tow vehicle so we can get a 5th wheel. We love this couple’s camper layout, especially the large window on campsite side. Is there another model that is similar but with a king bed option?
This so well done, I would forgive the wood tones and even then they really are not that bad. It’s not like it’s an outdoors rv country barf fest. I just can’t get over how much I love that eating area overlooking campsite.
Had me until I saw the cable slide. Why do they use these on longer slides? Especially ones with a fridge/pantry in it? Wish the sink was on the side with the televator-would give you tremendous counter/prep space. Also, is there a seal around the televator? What happens if you spill a drink?
I love this layout, would like to see it in different decor, and 2' longer, and 2' longer, just to see what else I could get, like a w/d. (My dad said boat owners get two-foot-itis.😅)
This layout is almost perfect. The only thing I'd really like to see change is to relocate the microwave/stove/oven to the campside of that space so that those appliances are available in road mode, and the prep space /drying rack area for washing dishes to the right of the sink. I abhor booths, so I'm glad that this has a dining space with chairs. I wonder if a projector and pull down screen might be a better solution for entertainment and add storage or fireplace under the dining counter. One final thought for the wall space next to the coat rack.. a dry erase board would be a nice addition. My memory isn't that great, so I'm forever making lists of things to do or get.
Are the counters solid surface or pressed membrane? I'd like to see a fireplace under the dining bar, they could cover it with a retractable panel, similar to what they use in the shower on some models. They probably have to make it a little deeper to accommodate it. It would need to have some kind of safety switch so that the panel could not be closed if the fireplace is on. It might cause some logistical issues for securing the chairs, or they could change it to 4 folding chairs. Like the built-in hall tree. Like the unit overall, really like the big wardrobe slide. Yes on a couple of pop-up power towers in the kitchen area. Didn't notice if there were any on that dining bar, if not that needs one at each end. Iffy on the door pull, seems like it would be more likely to fail. Can that grab handle be changed out for a different one, like the long straight one that folds down? On another note, if you get over to Ember you have to do the new Overland 240TKR. It has a unique murphy that folds down to 2 twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king.
Eh. Two stage sewer monster is a deal breaker for me. I'd rather have everything consolidated in the wet bay. Speaking of the wet bay, it's nice that they included the switching functionality so you can easily switch between filling mode and domestic use mode.
That is perhaps the most creative take on 'not a booth dinette' I think I've ever seen! I love it! Clearly it isn't for everyone, but it's a fantastic option!
Glad you like it!
When i was hauling rv’s, i took a lot of the under 30’ fifth wheels to Vancouver Island, BC They towed like a dream

One in three RVers are CPAP users. The other two are keeping their spouse awake all night. 😂
Or the other two are sleeping alone 😂
Or there aren't more PAP users using RVs because too often they don't accomodate them.
I resemble that remark 😆

Ty for noticing the slow movement. I’ve never liked fast jerky camera stuff
Arctic wolf put a fireplace right where you’re describing and it works. Check their 23MLE
Unsure on specific r values because i feel you can almost never trust mfg published values nowadays. They’re not verified by any sort of third party or standards
All the r40 nonsense out there is all the proof you really need of thay
Northwood is one of the only brands with REAL r values published anymore
I just had to say that I love all the wood tones especially in the bed room !great job again
Thanks so much!
im kind of a cougar fan but this arcadia is impressive .good job on both reviews😄
I feel similarly. Arcadia is basically Cougar's sister. You'll find a LOT of parallels between them
I would have _loved_ that layout when I was shopping. I think the only lack I see off-hand is on the dinette bar; outlets (either surface-mount or on that stub wall) would be an excellent addition, I think. Maybe one of those charge-tower things with the wireless charger on the top.
Thanks for sharing!
I agree with the commentor who said the Microwave should be on the left of the kitchen somewhere. I get the logic of putting it over the stove - but when we stop for lunch at a rest area or truck stop, we use our microwave on the inverter to heat soup, or other foods for lunch.
Also agree with the power towers - I can never plug things into those undercabinet outlets without bending way over to see what I'm doing, and I'm too old to bend over that much 🙂
Awesome TY for this. Hearing consistency in feedback really helps
I Love this Arcadia 5th wheel 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😊😊
It’s a good one for sure
@@JoshtheRVNerd
Ditto 👍🏻 👍🏻 👍🏻 👍🏻 👍🏻 😊😊
I hate booth dinettes so this floorplan works for me. N
ice having a televator on a small 5th wheel. It makes a lot of sense.
The set up is great Josh and if I was in the market today this is most likely the one I would buy.
Nice!
i really like this but, i notice to save room a lot of floorplans are eliminating the fireplace and years ago i thought they were useless but now, i would not even consider a camper without one. i have had many different campers over the years, and my 2021 rockwood 2608bs is by far the best and probably the last one i have ever owned.
Love the eating bar that looks out at your campsite! More hooks for jackets on that inside wall would be better.
I absolutely love this fifth wheel!
🙌🏻
looking back at this video because we're getting serious about buying a Cougar Sport 2700BH. The decor the wood colors and saddle brown seats in this... chef kiss. I wish this was an option across the Cougar sports.
The irony is arcadia is updating their decor for 2025 and it's more similar to what cougar is using
@@JoshtheRVNerd oh no! I might be alone in this but I think the Arcadia decor is darn near perfect. Maybe they’ll have a garage sale and I can pick up some of those seats! 😉😂
@@JoshtheRVNerd the Cougar is fine, it just feels a little cold and corporate.
Love the coat rack area.
I do too
I agree a power tower needs to be on kit.
Not in sale myself but we'll always have the "today" number at www.bishs.com/rv-search?stocknumber=246slrk
@@JoshtheRVNerd thanks for the quick reply, and also thanks for pointing me in the right direction to get today's sale number. Keep up the great work on the videos, we all love them and learn a lot with each video.
Love, love that dining bar/counter space. I’m a bit concerned about spills and that televator.
Yeah you’ll want to be careful around it
Thanks for another great review Josh! No one does them better! Really like this RV. Im more familiar with the Cougar models. Is Arcadia a step down or up from Cougar?
The intention is cougar and Arcadia are generally parallels though both brands would like to think they are the superior sister of the company lol
Perfect floor plan. Everything I've ever asked for. So good can forgive the wood decor. Would stain it something more modern. The f150 hybrid should be good to go so I'm loving it!
Good video Josh
Glad you enjoyed it
Might be worth consideration. But you should check out the new 240RKD by KZ Durango. It’s an awesome plan.
Will watch for one
This is nice. I don't like the televator style but I know others do....would prefer tv would swing downward so I could make more use of that counter area. A pop up tower would be nice. Otherwise pretty neat!! 😊
Fair enough!
I like it! The only things I would change right off the bat would be to have some type of gasket for the televator. Someone spills their drink on that countertop and whoops! There goes your tv! No fireplace? Why not ditch the "coat rack kinda storage" near the slide for a fireplace with a small shelf? That would be a better option.
Appreciate the ideas. Struts are definitely better vs spills but can get "tired" with time
But.. replaceable
Coffee bar where they had that coat rack/seat thing
👍🏻
Should have made that jacket hanging wall a liquor cabinet with nice glass doors and back lighting.
Don’t threaten me with a good time
Is that the new Josh mobile parked next to this RV? I do like the floorplan. having that desk/table is genius.
The truck? Yeah that’s the new ride
Length is a sensitive thing in rv design for sure. Cougar has exactly what you want here m.ua-cam.com/video/lY6BSfgPSuQ/v-deo.html
(King option would be nice.)
And I’d like to see USB-C (PD) ports replace USB-A ports everywhere. iPads, laptops, they all take USB-C now.
Yeah type C is taking over for sure
I found myself trying to find something wrong with this unit, but honestly, I love it all!
Thank you for showing us the real story!!!!
I try! TY :)
Sometimes, it seems like Keystone is one of the few manufacturers innovating their floorplans. They're always tinkering and coming up with new ideas.
Brands like imagine and wildwood are also doing some interesting new things
But keystone has been pumping out original stuff for quite some time for sure
The ONLY thing I would change is that space where the coats can hang, a “fireplace” would be amazing with a small counter above it for a coffee station. Otherwise this is perfect!!!
Awesome ty!
Try this for fireplace: ua-cam.com/video/aSp9RD0Tmjw/v-deo.html
Very nice unit and floor plan. The only change I would make would be change the theater seat to hideabed. Have a 12 year old and I guess he needs a place to sleep. Regarding the accessory hitch. Can that be changed out to a towable hitch and still maintain warranty?
Factory doesn't offer rear hitching swaptions as it turns out
@JoshtheRVNerd As always thanks for the reply and great videos!
Well now I’m thinking 5th wheel, and I just bought a new rv last year lol.
Excellent setup except for in road mode…it be top notch if either the stove and or microwave were accessible while in Road mode.
👍🏻
nice. throw a fire place in front of the TV, make that window behind the TV a slider vs worthless crank out(next to no air flow). Do those windows in the kitchen open? cant tell, did not see a hand crank on the bottom. I do like this camper layout.
Doesn't look like they do..
This one is perfect except for the plugs in the kitchen. They need power towers for sure. No one wants a cord dangling over the windows
👍🏻 I’d agree
Josh, I really like this floor plan. You said others make the same thing, would you tell me who they are. I have a 2021 Cougar 24sab TT, which I'd like to upgrade. Not sure if my 21 Ram 1500 Limited 3L diesel can handle the 5th wheel.
Cougar 23MLE
Arctic Wolf 23MLE
usually I leave links in the description to similar things btw
We just upgraded our tow vehicle so we can get a 5th wheel. We love this couple’s camper layout, especially the large window on campsite side. Is there another model that is similar but with a king bed option?
Try cougar 260mle
#NerdHerd 🎉 😊 😊 🎉
This so well done, I would forgive the wood tones and even then they really are not that bad. It’s not like it’s an outdoors rv country barf fest. I just can’t get over how much I love that eating area overlooking campsite.
😊
Had me until I saw the cable slide. Why do they use these on longer slides? Especially ones with a fridge/pantry in it? Wish the sink was on the side with the televator-would give you tremendous counter/prep space. Also, is there a seal around the televator? What happens if you spill a drink?
I actually outline benefits and drawbacks of different slide systems here: ua-cam.com/video/DkgYjoijTNI/v-deo.html
Interesting features! Anything similar in a not too large travel trailer?
Yep! Right here m.ua-cam.com/video/loy8nKOOj_Q/v-deo.html
Would like to see a floor plan similar, but about 5 ft (or so) longer. And swap the little bench seat/coat rack for a loveseat/sofa!!!
I love this layout, would like to see it in different decor, and 2' longer, and 2' longer, just to see what else I could get, like a w/d.
(My dad said boat owners get two-foot-itis.😅)
Cougar has a version with a bed slide that's a bit bigger: ua-cam.com/video/lY6BSfgPSuQ/v-deo.html
Really like the floor plan but the cable slides are a no go.
May I ask what you’d prefer?
Lists for rv stuff really is the way to go
Are the counters solid surface or pressed membrane?
Counter: pressed
Factory doesn’t offer any grab handle changes I’m afraid
And I have a 240tkr video coming!
I'd like to have kitchen windows that open
Ty
With a king bed, this TT would be 😘
:)
Eh. Two stage sewer monster is a deal breaker for me. I'd rather have everything consolidated in the wet bay. Speaking of the wet bay, it's nice that they included the switching functionality so you can easily switch between filling mode and domestic use mode.
Fair stuff. Ty
I would buy this unit in heartbeat BUT there is no anti lock breaks. My only suggestion to make this the perfect unit is king bed .
Awesome. TY for the input!
Hate the TV placement down .. what if you spill food or drink.
