- 🌙 ♋️ This is a Full Moon meditation for December 26 & 27, 2023. This is a guided meditation for the last Full Moon in Cancer. We will release old emotions and Manifest for 2024 in this guided full moon meditation.
It’s a moment that invites us to embark on a journey of introspection and emotional attunement. The Cancer energy infuses us with a profound sense of emotional depth, guiding us to explore the reservoirs of feeling within.
Cancer, ruled by the moon, is a sign that resonates with the ebb and flow of emotions, and as we align with the energy of this Full Moon, we are prompted to go deeper into our own hearts. This meditation is an invitation to surrender to the rhythm of your emotions, to embrace vulnerability, and to connect with the intuitive wisdom that resides in the core of your being.

WHO AM I:
I discovered Meditation and truly fell in love with it in 2020 through the pandemic. I would think meditation is about having an empty mind and staying still. If you ask my mother, she would say that's not possible. But the more I studied, the more I realised, meditation is not about being still and serious, it's about being present, being conscious and being open to what comes next. Whatever it might be. Just welcoming everything. I feel honoured and humbled to share my practice with you.
My credentials: RYT 200-hr Vinayasa Teacher; Currently student of 200-hr Instinctive Meditation.

You have brought so much to my life over the years, many big events have happened and i can remember the meditations of yours that help. As a cancer my emotions get in the way of my manifesting. Last night when I left work I noticed how bright the full moon was. I’ve never seen Luna like that before. It was mesmerising ❤ It’s morning now and I just woke to do this meditation to honour myself and our beautiful moon. Life has its challenges at the moment and this helped me put things into perspective. Going within is so important. I’m now ready for the day. Thank you and bless you and everyone else. Happy 2024

That was sooo beautiful , warming , healing and strengthening. I am visiting the southern hemisphere. I left the northern hemisphere before solstice and have been recalibrating with the energies. This meditation had me floating through the full moon energies, which reached through me on many levels 🙏 🙏 🙏 I am cancer rising and also I am challenged with emotions / manifesting. It will come in divine time ❤

I’ve had the hardest 4 years of my life. And it was meant to be I found this meditation as I was sitting reflecting on my own. The images of happy memories that played in my head brought tears to my eyes. I realized all the negative emotions I’ve felt over the years are only showing how equally powerful my positive emotions are as well. I began to feel so calm and even thankful for how much I’ve been through just to have this realization. Thank you, you’ve gained a follower in me.

Beautiful thank you. The first time in years I felt and visualized fully abundant light.
I cried before, during, and alittle after this. I always present as a bubbly person to hide the pain I felt from the hard years I had. I had to really confront some hard truths about my beliefs and self-worth. I have always hid my struggles and didn't stand up fror myself in many situations were I should have instead I stayed hoping things to change. I decided to cut some losses and find better opportunities and things for me. Thank you. This mediation came at the perfect time. I received many downloads for guidance on how to change and will embrace that. I have not been this emotional in a while. Despite writing this in-between crying for the first time in a long time I feel FREE.

Great meditation I could feel my Crown Chakra tingling and energy around my head.
Same last 4 years of life has been like nothing I've ever dreamed would happen atleast not that i was aware of. However I'm definitely in a much better place inside than ever before. Alone but good I'm just grateful for it all and that i didn't end it all as i was planning on doing. What seemed unbeatable or not overcoming was just a beautiful lesson on learning who i was and who was surrounding me. Im grateful for each and everyone of them on both sides. If they weren't them i wouldn't be this me today. God works in some crazy ways but i got it. Just happy and grateful for each and everyday regardless of what comes my way.

Loved this meditation. I keep almost falling asleep even when sitting up but I had a vision of tree and the roots were also blood vessels and it made me think of my baby who is due any day now and how this placenta with all its blood vessels is providing nutrients and wisdom just like tree roots do ❤❤❤ it was beautiful

I just completed this meditation looking at such a beautiful full moon out my living room window. My hearts is so full of pure love and oneness with my creator.
