I love anything hexie!! I wonder why more FPP people don't use freezer paper since you can flip and sew without sewing on the paper - but at least use the method because you can do the same with regular paper or pre-printed FPP papers. I definitely want to make this - thanks!
Hey Carol! So glad you love it. There's not a UA-cam video, but a free class when you join my newsletter list. The class walks you through the entire Freezer Paper technique, using that block. Plus you'll get the foundation for this triangle! To get the class go to: makemoderntriangles.com
Make triangles and sew them on. If it were me and I got no response I then would trace the spot I needed and add 1/4” to that on all sides then sew it in. And in the top and bottom just sew half a hexagon and put it inside the spot and sew it in.
I only have a laser printer but am concerned about running the freezer paper through the heat of this type of printer. This is the only issue keeping me from trying FPPing!
Just watched the video on how to make these triangles. I love your style of teaching, you took your time, which helps this beginner.
Thank you! I enjoy your tutorials.
I have enjoyed your demonstrations. Thanks for sharing!
Wow! That’s a lot of triangles!

Is there a video of how to make the triangles? I can't seem to find one.
Is there a particular way to store the freezer paper foundations between uses?

Omg what quilt is this? I love it!
Is there a UA-cam video for using the freezer paper method?

Do you sew on the freezer paper?
No. You sew right beside it.
Dissappointed to not see the quilt top assembled.
