I so love the idea of using freezer paper to get precision in making shapes now. Thanks Rebecca! since going to Africa to Burkina Faso I have begun to incorporate some wax fabrics into my triangles? §The effect is unique for sure.
Great video, I've never used a value finder I had to rewind 3 times to see that very light color on the far left was darker with the value finder than the orange. Now I need to get one that was so fascinating.
Hi Rebecca, you mentioned separating your favourites from the rest, did you make sure you had some from all the colours. How did you pick them? I use these tools except for that large colour wheel as it has colours that a traditional colour wheel does not have, the fan booklet is easier to use. I found the challenge with colour paint chips is the fabric matching part. More often than not there is no fabric that colour but it is a cheap way to play with colour. Love your idea of cutting them up, I have an old paint chip fan book that I could repurpose for this use! Thanks for the idea!
thank you

YES! There's nothing like seeing fabrics in living color.
Watching on a replay🙂

Any help will be appreciated. Choosing colors is my least favorite tasks. That’s why I’m a big fan of quilt kits.
I feel you! Thanks for your comment. :)
