It's Boxing Day, and John Shuttleworth's plans have been thrown into turmoil. John was to accompany next-door neighbour Ken on the organ as he performed a tap dance at a hospice later in the day, but Ken has suffered a leg injury. John thinks he's found the ideal alternative - the story of Robin Hood, with himself as Little John.
