A classic raw breakfast with a high protein twist.
Hemp seeds are around 30% protein (depending on who you listen to), and adding your favourite protein powder is an option here for an extra protein boost, PLUS the nut milk will only add to that protein profile.
The bonus is that this breakfast is also delicious, easy to make, keeps well and the whole family will love it.
Wow! this is put together so flawless!!! This Raw Food Chef is my favorite!! period.
No dehydrator in my kitchen. Rather eat foods in their original form.
ITs basically a dessert in a bowl! 😀A bit rich for me, but you clarify the principles very well & I can see myself adapting this to more of a wholefoods approach, your inspiration is appreciated!👌🏻
haha, yes!
Hi! I love your video and recipe! Btw, what is your dehydrator brand?
Thanks! It's an Excalibur.
Yummy !! Thanks Russell.
Thanks, Ruchira
Did you get high eating this? Hemp in this state can you get some effects ?
Haha, no. There's not enough THC in hemp seed to get high.
yummmm & thanks! i am so going to make this next week!
Great! :)
What is the name of the song?
Love your recepies 🥰
Beautifully sweet just with the mulberries and goji berries - no need for the sugar. Love your recipes. Thank you, Russell James x
Thank you! 🙏🏻
Hi Russel, I haven't got a dehydrator, if I use the oven, how long can I leave them and is it at 50 degree temperature?
45C ideally. Every oven is different so you’ll want to keep an eye on them
Thank you ☺️
This looks amazing!
Looks delicious 💚🥑
Thanks, Mandy :)
@@therawchef I made it yesterday and put it on my Instagram page letting everyone know it was your recipe and it was delicious but the only thing was my grandchildren and I ate it all as it was they absolutely enjoyed it . Thankyou Russell 💚🥑💚💚💚🥑
This looks so yummy Russel. Are you using sprouted Brazil nuts?
You can soak them, for sure. They won’t sprout as such
@@therawchef Thank you Russel
