I'm confused; there was no Vari-Mu in the 30s, the Fairchild came in the 50s. Does it mean it's an hybrid simulation of many components from many eras?

Yes, WUNDERLICH is not a recreation of a particular hardware unit that existed in the past. NEOLD builds one-off hardware units using rare components and then models them as plugins; it's a very unique approach to plugin development. The Wunderlich vacuum tubes, first announced in 1932, are used throughout the preamp, compressor, and EQ. Historically, these blue tubes were used in AM radio receivers, so it's quite interesting to see them integrated into a piece of pro audio gear.

Why won’t PA plugins activate on my new Mac? I’ve tried everything and no matter how many activations I have available PA just says nope. Plugins from other outlets worked just fine. Guess I can’t use PA anymore.
