He wasn't driving. He was traveling
You don't need a license to travel
I saw that that video a lil bit ago lmaoo
I saw that video 😂😂😂
Mike 5481 hahaha you know you’ve been binging these videos when you get this reference
I gotchu, Mike 5481.
I’ve watched this lady on here in a few episodes and she is always so nice, polite and respectful to everyone she deals with no matter the situation. I’m sure she would’ve been lenient and cut them a break if he was honest with her. Every episode I’ve saw her in she has always been very fair about her decisions. We need more police officers like this in America.
ProfessorPottsyTV Agree. I think she needs her own show, tbh.
could not agree more
No, she should be the rare get out of jail free card.
Most of Warwick PD is like this. This Officer is particularly graceful.
she was my school cop in middle school for 8th grade mad chill she arrested me though
His cord was on the ground next to the driver's side. He was putting it back in his pocket when he got out of the car. He was the driver.
Jillanne Boan you should be a detective
Go apply to the police academy.
But when did he go over to the drivers side?
wow you could have a career being a detective ... i didnt even think or close to think that cord was evidence good eye detective Boan
Must be a different cord cuz
“I’ll get out in a couple hours because they don’t know who I am.”
That’s not how this works...
You shouldn't be arrested for driving without a license lol. My friend got a ticket last month. He had to go to court and pay a $200 fine. On this guys case idk if he never HAD a license or if he was driving with a suspended one which would be a little worse for him. But if you never had a license and get stopped by a cop, you will simply get cited for it and have to show up to court to pay a fine. They will not arrest you unless you can't pay the fine or you dont show up to court at all
@@skoluh isnt he disturbing the ongoing investigation? Lying to the police? Lol have a piece of s attitude? Lol wow
Luis Sanchez well he does have the freedom of speech. Did you know you can curse an officer and there’s nothing they can do about it?
Sherloid Bai as long as your record everything is should be fine. Nothing they can do
Depends on your county. Could be verbal assault to cuss out an officer. Disorderly conduct might also apply.
But officer, you were leaving. That makes me immune.
You were leaving, and by law you should be left.
It's funny when people think they know the law
You don't lie to your mother.
That’s just logic
Sounds legit.
"I'm not stupid" while he refuses to identify himself thinking he's going to get out of jail in a few hours (when in fact by not identifying himself, he is adding 6 hours to his booking time)
Maj_Cyric just wondering why? I think I saw a different episode that explained it but i just forgot
Killer Kamanu why it would take longer? Because they have to spend the extra time figuring out who he is
You get booked in as John Doe. Then get an extra 30 days in jail waiting for a judge while they figure out who you are. Or you give them your name and walk out the next day.
Rodrick Evans it’s almost like lying to police is a bad move
@@PandoraMaximova Yeah lmfao '' oh seems like we cannot identify this individual at this very moment who is drunk driving. Better let him go!!''

Jason Pelzel he prolly had warrants also
Jason Pelzel until they can identify you you sit in jail,
Jason Pelzel they lock u up as john do and you spend extra time and another charge for not identifying yourself
A jerk like that got his prints on file somewhere. With the AFIS, system they will know who you are...in seconds.

I've heard that one before😞
Haha. Loved that.
It is a short ride. The Warwick PD is not even a 3 minute drive from the mall they were just at

This comment deserves an Grammy Award. 😂😂😂
This officer was a Sunday school teacher a hundred years ago in her previous life 😂
Trailblazin 33rd She May be a present Sunday School teacher, think she would be good if she’s truly a Christian. If there were for today things would be much better. I’m older than you I think and do remember a more pleasant time. Respect, integrity, loyalty and truth were goals. Would never say that’s all people because that’s not true. He might pass that question. The lower a persons intelligence the less likely they are to know it and the more likely they are to feel confident. The saying "Ignorance is Bliss" actually has merit.
the amount of patience this officer has is unreal. i respect her 100%.
the main part is him insisting she was leaving. dear god that is next step level arrogance.
Now THIS is the kind of person you want to see get arrested, not some kid with half a gram of weed.
SirGriefALot you must be an imbecile who wants to live in North Korea
Jordan Presnell Amen!
No bc at this age it’s to late for them to get scared and do the right thing they usually just stay losers.
I want both arrested lol. It’s not complicated, don’t break the law.
But breaking the law doesn't necessarily mean you get arrested. Even in states where weed is still illegal, under a gram is a citation in most cases if you're not difficult with the officer.
These videos have taught me one thing- the roads are full of unlicensed drivers! I can't believe how many people are comfortable driving with a suspended license! I could never.
This guy is the type of guy who drops out of school so he can watch Netflix at his parents house and smoke weed till dawn.
That's kind of my life right now. Except food instead of pot, mostly UA-cam. Completed my ba decades ago, but jobless, broke, unmotivated, perhaps a bit depressed.

A lot of times, the subjects escalates the situation by mouthing off and not Cooperating.
This guys is a great example of thinking you know how the system works, but actually being clueless. I hope they made him wait a week to be processed lmao
That’s not how that works bud
Usually when I see that cop on here she's pleasant, she layin down the hammer
Tiesha Williams facts
she was being as pleasant as you possibly can be with these idiots.
why can't people just comply. and this officer is really nice
Only slaves comply
Cops are never nice..
Raul Juarez I mean if you don’t break the laws or just be cool with them then they are nice.
Admission of guilt is the dumbest thing you can do . Why would you admit to a crime ??
This lady was really bitchy and quite annoying, actually.
She's actually a really sweet officer. I 100% believe her when she said she would've given him a break
I really like and respect this officer, I've seen her many times on this show, she is just naturally great at descalating situations. A soft touch goes a long way.
It's always easier to talk yourself into handcuffs than out of handcuffs
They should arrest him, just for having those stupid, bird, neck tattoos, trying to copy Jamie Foxx in "Baby Driver"

Why’s she talking like a principal to their students lmao
Wtf was he trying to argue with "You were leaving." Was he expecting the officer to go "Oh you right, bye."

That officer was kind, really respectful.
Btw if your truthful and respectful to police they'll cut you a break a lot of times. It's happened to me a bunch. It bugs me when people hate on cops
They have cut me so many breaks its not funny. Unless if its a rookie sheriff otherwise there cool with me.
Its true at the end of the day they are humans too just doing their job. Make their job easier, they will make your life easier. Its really rare to get a batch of really dumb cops. Ive had cops where they were so done with the day and just annoyed of having to be called in for little issues. They still cut us breaks, as long as you comply.
I once was doing 70 in a 35 and the cop marked me down doing only 15 over. Saving me from a jail ride and still let me go quick so I could get to my interview
his body type tells me he stopped working out like 3 years ago
I love how he was telling her what she was doing 🤣
“They locked up” Officer, “It’s a short ride” 😂 she’d had enough at that point. Respect to that officer.
THAT UNKNOWN GENTLEMAN IS A CRIMINAL HE WAS INTENSELY LYING ALL THE TIME TO A POLICE OFFICER HE MADE A POLICE OFFICER FURIOUS THAT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HE DID SO FAR CRIMINALS ARE VERY DIFFICULT TOO AND NO JOBS FOR HIM CONVICTED FELON BETTER LUCK NEXT TIME CRIMINAL BOY
love how they always just say " ok" when they know they're lying
Why is he being so rude to the cop when she's being so polite to him!?
Because she represents a threat to his freedom and represents a significant problem in his life that she is bringing to the table. Driving without a license is not an actual crime. It is only a crime because the government in power says so and can enforce what they decide by punishment. Being around the police is so horrible(probably too strong a word), you don't even have the freedom to put your hands in your own pockets when thy are around. And they can make you not put your hands in them(so much for liberty or bodily autonomy) like you're a child, because they have so much power and lethal force.
Same with marijuana. Smoking marijuana is not an actual crime. it is only a crime because the government says so and can punish you for disobeying their say so.
@DVJ
Are you able to articulate why exactly, or are you just able to render childish, emotion laden outbursts?
@DVJ
Resorting to insults instead of reason or evidence is the calling card of intellectual defeat. it means the person has no argument or counter argument and must resort to ad hominem attacks or personal vituperation.
Never fight, argue or lie. I was falsely reported to be arrested by my wife's ex...I totally cooperated, told the truth... the police figured it all out and helped me out and let me go. Don't waste their time ...they appreciate it. They figured the guy out now.
Ok cop
She sounds like Lois from Family Guy.
IWasAPepper
Given that Family Guy is based in Rhode Island and the characters are an amalgamation of the different personality types in the state, that’s not surprising.

BETTER LUCK NEXT TIME CRIMINAL BOY
When a cop asks you to do something you don't say "why?"
Got to love when someone is lying, they get very defensive and act like they know the law.
Cheese is over and beyond nice I love her as a person and as a officer of the law here we can see a woman officer that's not act in abrasive or a grecin just doing her job and taken her time with the situation I honestly believe if he was in a piece of ship he and his girl would have been on the way would a warning or maybe had a warrant for his arrest so I the ways he know he was going in.
Who raised the folks to argue with a LEO? It’s amazing how many people do argue or think they know the law better than the officer.
A lot of cops don’t know the law .. are we in a communist country where we can’t argue with public officials?

When he asked about the seatbelt, she said “No need. It’s a short ride”.
If I got pulled over and asked why I wasn’t wearing a seatbelt and said the same, I’d be getting a ticket!
Geo I thought she was talking about the handcuffs bc he said they locked up
Asked y to step out the car, hands in pocket, lying... Arguing with officer... All the wrong ways to approach it... Y would he even be driving without a license when she had 1 and was in the car... Dumb AF. Whats up with having no shoes eather? LMAO.
Based on my personal experiences, the person driving the vehicle is the one that is in control. It even extrapolates broader than just control of the situation at that time, to who has control in the relationship at that time or overall.
Just think of it like this. The parent always drives the child around. Obvious reasons for that beyond what i'm saying, but it is also a manifestation of the control and power the parent has over the child and in that relationship overall.
more warwick.... i live in lake county illinois ( i have personally dealt with every officer that was featured on this show, all of them great) but warwick is always fun to watch

All the more reason to not talk to cops, if she hadn't spoke nothing would've happened.
Looks like failure to identify
If i was to bet - he probably has a warrant (s) and or pass experiences with LEOs and most likely does not have a driver's license.
Guessing his date is over ROFL
Like someone else said, I'm guessing it was for failure to identify or obstruction. But the officer also said she saw the woman open the passenger door. If the woman was the passenger, kind of narrows down who was driving. Getting him to admit it is just for extra evidence
