I think this Willie is singing about me. I'm 62 an Aussie and been around the block a couple of times. I thought all the sheilas loved me as well. In 2013, my husband bought tickets to Farm Aid for himself and 3 of his fishing buddies because he wanted to see Willie Nelson before he died. Well, my husband died instead, so I and our sons used them, and a few other people bought tickets so we could all see Farm Aid together. By the time Willie Nelson came on, it was dark and pouring rain, and I said, Nope. I'm not leaving. My husband bought these tickets to see Willie Nelson, and I'm not leaving till he's done. I feel sorry for those who left, because he was really good.

Oh man a good friend of mine used to sing this all time. He was an old farm hand who was real beat up. He was burned on half of his body. Had his teeth knocked out with a chain and his throat was so damaged from fire he spoke like the cookie monster. He died last year. RIP RICHARD BEVAN
