Welcome to the 6th vlog of the MBK-1 journey where we will be sharing the full process from prototype to launch for our new mini bike, the MBK-1.
In this episode we bend and weld the first MBK-1 frame but, we quickly find out it's not as easy as we thought.

Cant wait for this to be finished and finally have a company here in canada that builds their own frame and bike. Also, it would be nice to have more performance parts dealer here in canada for mini bike, because custom duty sucks

Who cares if it's a bit larger than the average mini bike? The Trailmaster MB200 is considered a mini bike and its nearly the size of a real motorcycle. This thing is looking great. 👍🏻
Glad you like it and for sure, we aren’t trying to fit into any sort of box. But I think the design of our frame is deceptive when it is on a bench. I actually couldn’t believe it was only up to my knees when I put it on the ground.
Liking your axle adjusters
Thank you! Took some time to come up with them, but we think they will work nicely. The hardest part was keeping them on the inside.

I cant say I really like the design, it seems there is to many rigid edges. I guess im more of a vintage minibike fan. But keep going I know there is going to be a LOT of people waiting to see this

Once we finish the first prototype this upcoming week, we should finally know. But there are still other factors like packaging we still need to sort out but we can’t until we have the prototype done. So we will be revealing the price live during the VIP presale as it will still take time to solidify all the costs.

where does MBK-1 stand for
It’s funny, I think you are the first person to ask haha. Well, when we started this journey, our idea was to build the king of mini bikes, so we like to think of this as the Mini Bike King and it’s our first one. So that’s why we decided to call it the MBK-1. Appreciate you asking 👍

Sorry you feel that way. It takes time to build something truly great and because we want everyone who rides a Mantini to know that, we wanted to share the entire process here.
Although this part of our journey would be summed up in a 30 second montage during a Hollywood blockbuster, that doesn’t mean it happens that fast in real time.
