At last year’s Pull Start Picnic, my dad and I had a vision: to build our dream minibike with a focus on performance and customization. This led us to design the MBK-1, a premium minibike that embodies passion beyond limits. I’ve poured nearly all my savings into developing it, and now we’re bringing it back to the picnic to see if all our hard work will pay off and if people actually like it. ...

Why I Stopped Everything To Start A Minibike Business With My Dad
Hope yall make it and make affordable frames
so cool!!
I am a Mormon priest without a license and pr@y that I could own one
Where is the 670 preditor v-twin? Show us it will work... I have one ready to go.
Seat. Needs to be about six inches longer for the people with a big butt
Haha, this seat is wider than most seats out there. If you watch our previous video, a ton of people sat on it and all of them comment on how comfortable it is.
Full suspension version? Yes please!
@@charliedentex7210 hey Charlie, send me an email. Let’s see how we can get you one before the next sale. Sam@mantini.co
I want on the list, P L E A S E !!!🙏
Any update on the 2nd batch, when they'll be available to ship👍👍
Hey Charlie, we actually have one more available from the presale if you are interested. You can order it here: www.mantini.co/limited-offer Let me know if you have any questions.
Your bike looks incredible and your aerial shots at the dragstrip were awesome
Thanks, glad you like the bike and yeah, the drone is always fun to capture drag racing!
Nice Bike frame. Looks promising, you should have won.
Thanks! I wish we won but there was a lot of great competition out there this year. Perhaps next year someone will win with one of our bikes! That would be really cool.
I am sure glad that I was able to purchase one of the first mbk-1 bikes. I am going with a prismatic powders color.... its green apple sugar.... I am really excited to get the bike here on the east coast and start making it Mine. Great job Sam and Dad!!
Your MBK-1 is really going to stand out in a crowd! Can’t wait for you to get it and to see how you build it out!
What if you were to put a 670 with a 6 speed trans box ?
@@lucasgames4427 we do have a 670 that we are just waiting on some parts to arrive so we can built it. But we have a torque converter. The trans is a good idea, but then I think that would take it from mini bike to motorcycles haha.
I’m doing the same build on a Yamaha blaster frame. I’m gonna make a mini blaster with smaller tires, but there’s nothing mini about the motor.
Is the MBk-1 street legal?
Looks good, but slow
Right now we have a stock 420cc. We have some plans to get more power out of it.
Cool bike! Where do the wheel fenders attach to?
We are working on that. Luckily the front forks we are using work with existing fenders, but we want to design and make our own for both the front and rear so they match.
Looking good 🎉... just curious about fuel tanks? Being available for the frame?
Yes, we are working on one that will fit under the backbone 👍
@@mantinimotors Sa-weet!!!! 💪😎 hopefully has some capacity 😉
Your bike stands out for a reason, its done right ! Good job guys, you did a good job represented Ontario Canada
Thank you! We agonized over every detail but we believe it was worth it!
That thing is sweet, can’t wait for mass production. I gotta get me one of those. 🎉
We have one left from the presale if you don’t want to wait for the next sale. Let me know if you are interested.
I love the price, I figured it would on the 2 grand range. Good luck with sales, I might consider one for myself. How soon can you get one? Just curious, thanks.
how much is it?
$1,299 for the full suspension kit.
Love the bike but those handlebars are bad. Good job guys.
Glad you love the bike. We are always open to feedback. What about the bars do you not like? Also, it may not be obvious in this video, but they are height adjustable which is why they are setup as they are and we have developed handle bar ride plates so you can replace these bars with any bars you would like. But what would you have liked to see?
Heck yeah a motor kit would be awesome
EVERYBODY IS BUILDING THESE THESE THINGS . BUT THE AMERICAN COMPANYS ARE STUPID EXPENSIVE THATS WHY WE ARE BUILDING OUR OWN , IT DOESNT TAKE A SUPER EDUCATION TO TO THIS
Great build and a cool bike. I would recommend having those pegs foldable. A tight turn or something on the trail hitting those rigid pegs will be a bad day.
100% That is why we partnered with Go Power Sports to create a full roller kit. On top of receiving almost everything you need to build your MBK-1, you also receive the upgraded foldable pegs which will bolt directly on to the extenders.
You guys did a great job man, the only thing that will reduce sales of the bike will be the restrictions we have here in Ontario
Well we are in Ontario, also these are sold as frame kits, so you can put whatever engine you want in it. You could also go electric if you wanted to.
@@mantinimotors I've been following since your brutal road trip with your Dad over to the States mini show, what you built looks to be a great bike man, I'm 67 yrs old and have 2 minis I ride, been riding all my life👍
@@marklaramie7393 We appreciate the support and that is awesome that you are still riding! We build the MBK-1 to last a lifetime so people can enjoy it for as long as they keep riding!
Fyi, i have notifications on and i just checked my subscriptions feed and this video wasn't on it at all and never got notifications (same with previous vid). This one showed up on my suggested feed, but not subs. Idk what that means but knowing UA-cam I'm sure it's not just me.
Hey thanks for letting me know. I’ll see if there is a setting that I have to turn on. UA-cam is always updating things, so perhaps I missed something in the last update.
The bike is well built, you can tell lot of thought went into the design, there's nothing else like it out there
@@marklaramie7393 I’m glad you can see all the effort and work we put into the design and build of the MBK-1.
So coo!!!
Glad you like it!
Put a 2 stroke on it!!!! Haha that would be something
Itd be fast but itd only last a ride
cant wait to see the huge v twin in there!
just getting into builiding my Monster Moto 80 212 Swap and this is an amazing build!
Loving the mini bike. Was just wondering what clutch you are using and have you removed the governor or is it all stock ?
It is pretty much all stock except for the exhaust and air filter. We haven’t removed the governor yet but we will.
What clutch you running on the mini bike what's top speed ?
Looking awesome so far. I would redesign the pegs though. The fact that they are modular to positions is sweet. All though that lip is definitely going to wear down paint quick leading to a rust spot. Can’t wait to order one though.
That is a great point. A simple solution would be to apply a rubberized or perhaps hard plastic sticker on the lip to prevent it from wearing down the paint.
I can't wait to see how it does with off-road tires!
We can’t wait either. We are going to order a set of tires and then we will really push it.
@@mantinimotors I subscribed so I can watch the progress. I like what y'all do
@@joshmccormick7534 thank you! We will be doing a lot more videos like this.
Enough of the bullshit. Swap the big motor in there.
Hahah, we are working on it we promise but or focus is on finishing the orders from the presale first. But now that we have concluded our testing, we can finish the first production run and then get back to the 670. 👍
Mantini motors🔥 The new standard in mini bikes Every kids dream and every wifes enemy hahaha
Haha! I love it. But I know some couples who both ride, so perhaps the wife should get one too! :)
I wish lol
Whole kit would be sweet ! People will customize them anyway
$144 is roughly half of what fuel would cost for a car that size.
Yeah, that seems about right.
Yes people like it. And yes no one can wait for it to come out because we want it so bad. Ps… I’m one of those guys
We have one more available if you would like to order it. You can do so here: www.mantini.co/limited-offer
@@mantinimotors unfortunately it’s not in the budget at the moment
Huge fan of what you guys are doing for the mini bike scene. I’ve spent almost 10 years customizing and rehabbing vintage mopeds, along with various tech, design, and 3D skills. I’d love to contribute to your business by developing some decals, graphics, and stickers. I think I can also be of assistance in creating a brand identity that helps you guys set yourselves apart. I’ve got plenty of ideas...
It's a very cool bike frame, but this high pressure buzzword laden infomercial of a sales pitch is hard to take seriously. As an attempt to build interest and excitement it feels bizarre. This is a very niche product with a niche audience, and it feels like you're really overselling it. Also, what is the price? Is it $5,000? $2,500? Or $1,200? You say $1,200 but list out a bunch of prices beforehand that are much higher yet you claim are reasonable... It feels suspicious. And then a referral program... All right now we're in MLM territory... Well that's concerning. Definitely makes me question whether there will be a viable finished product. Still. It does look like a cool bike frame and at $1,200 for the full suspension version that feels like a deal and it also feels too good to be true. On the whole this presentation is not confidence inspiring.
I really do appreciate the honest feedback. Not only did you explain how it made you feel, but you pointed out key details that we can actually work on to improve future presentations. To be fully transparent, this was the first presentation I have ever done and I felt that I needed to present it in a way that I have seen so many others do it. You are correct, it does feel like an infomercial and I do not plan on doing another presentation like this again, but the only way to get better is to try, learn and then move forward. Just like our MBK-1, it took many revisions, tests and feedback from the community to help shape it into what it is today and without that feedback, we would still not have a product we are proud of. Now to clarify a few things: Yes, the price is $1,299 for the full suspension kit. The referral program is our way to help those who want to experience the MBK-1 but might not be able to without a bit of help. I completely understand how a referral program could be perceived as an MLM, but there are no levels to what we are doing. It is quite simple, for every referral we pay $100. It’s actually a much more economical way for us to reach more people than paying Meta and Google to run ads to random people on the internet. Hopefully that clears everything up and again, we really do appreciate the feedback as the only way to build something truly great is through collaboration.
U should call it the red ryda or Canada racer ❤
I had a similar experience at the Buckeye bmx show put everything into my build and display and didn't win anything. But people I talked to liked my bike it was the only one like it. Good experience and a fun time. Great video!
In the meantime I'll just wait but while I wait Imma just got buy a 670cc motor
I got the money now $1300 (already) I'm just waiting on Mantini Motors to make my MBK1 Minibike Frame
Homie tryna get 8 grand for a mini bike
Who? The gentlemen with the electric drag bike? If so, it makes sense as those setups are not cheap, but I know people who have spent over 15k on their drag mini bikes.
He went to go grab the milk and never came back😢
Same bud
Very fair price. I might have to buy one by next year
Yes you guy are amazing I need this frame asap
Appreciate the support. We will be doing another sale very soon which you can register for here: www.mantini.co/
Awesome,I’m interested in your bike.👍
Amazing! Well right now we are focusing on fulfilling all the orders from the presale, but you can join the wait list for the next sale on our website: www.mantini.co
I hope you can sell those in Canadiana. 😂 The US and China has you beat on mini bikes. No comparison.
That is interesting considering almost 90% of our sales were from the US... 🤷
@@mantinimotors whats even more interesting 🤔 is that you've reached out to GPS for help which is a bigger company here in the USA.
@@mantinimotors maybe with the 90% of your USA sales you can get a truck so you don't have to take your little bike apart every time you come down here to the South! 🤣😂
@@MinibikeAbe-89 Haha, yeah. We are going to be looking into some options for the future. To be honest, I would probably just ship the bikes and then fly to save on the time it takes to drive.
