It would be funny to anglicize the name, like what happened to Spanish towns in California. Instead of Les Deux Lacs the locals would call it “Ledulacs” (Leh-duh-Lax) or something. Sounds like a unique organic place name that’s evolved over time.

If this is an American inspired build, you could add a railroad going straight through the town, as is the case with a bunch of smaller towns around the U.S.
I think it’s Canada/Great Lakes US inspired

well was indeed too late for the name of the new city, but Les Deux Lacs was my 2nd choice so it's great still.. here's an idea.. I know it would be a lot of work, but how about renaming some streets in this little community with French name. If I give an example, maybe at some point a "hero" saved the life of some children that fell into a well or got lost in a cave; or maybe some police officer got killed while on duty, so the mayor decided to honor him by giving his name to a road or a street.. some ideas:
Ducharme Street, Lapointe Road, Fortin Lane, Mongrain Drive
yeah.. I had to use my own family name in the example.^^
Will love to see , some football stadiums , maybe 2 rival teams :)
And some construction sides / Road works could also en Nice ❤️✌🏻

Dude keep this town small. Not many if not any apartment buildings. Small family homes LIKE A REAL SMALL TOWN. Also some low density commercial. NO OFFICE BUILDINGS.

If your going to build suburbs I would rather see them in Bixton than the florida series
I'm not from the USA but the flat Y junction looks to have the wrong priority movement.
2 lanes are going back into the town that you've just bypassed but only 1 continues past the town
Personally, I don't think there should be any movement from the bypass into the town. The only movement should be connecting the town out along the road, there'd be no need to go go around the bypass and you'd just drive through the town
How does your PC run this city?
i hope you do'nt pollution from the ore and coal mine to new city ,because ,because you not check wind direction ,so many player is do'nt see check wind direction .why ??,its importand,once if forget,and the full was poluted .also ground pollution is imporatand, becaus if you remove industry ,it take very long time until its removed .depend how long industry was there. you cannot removed with trees or water or anything else.
