    An important point.
The "pan" knob on the stereo channels is really a balance knob (bal).
The difference is that a balance knob lowers the volume
of the right channel when you turn it to the left and vice versa.
So if there is a sound panned hard right on your source
it will disappear more and more as you turn the knob,
not move from right to left as it would using the mono channels pan knob.
The aux send and returns can also be used for external effects like reverb,
    not just for monitors.
    ✌✌

I just picked up an 802 vlz4 and when I plug in the microphone or a line input device, only the right LEDs show up on my meter. And I’m not getting any stereo through my headphones. Can you advise with what’s going on here?

Is there a way to have phantom power required and non-phantom power compatible mics on this board at once? Is there some kind of adapter that can bypass phantom power for a single mic? Thanks

If the mic doesn't require it, phantom power doesn't have any effect on it.

Great intro video. I have 2 issues: 1. There's lot of static noises when I turned the main mix volume up 1/4 of the way. 2. There's loud echo feed back with the XLR mic if I turned the level 1/4 way up (no problem with the Line In mic). Thanks.

Thanks for watching, it is difficult to diagnose your problem without a complete system diagram of your setup. Your mixer could have problems but it could also be something else in the signal chain. Please feel free to reach out to us on our website and one of our qualified service technicians will be happy to assist you further.

thanks for the video . but i have one question : can you use this mixer to record ? (i have an audio interface) and if you can , how do you connect your laptop (audio interface)to the mixer ?
my band have been using this one to practice and it sounds great , but we just don't know if it's capable of recording , because it's not a digital mixer .

Hey Enzo, providing your audio interface has 1/4" or XLR inputs then you could come out of the main outputs of your mixer and record. The mixer itself does not have a build in recorder or interface but it should feed your existing interface just fine thereby allowing you to record.
