And if we have had the time to understand eachother it's been such a joy, communicating without smalltalk. ♡♡♡

To make the gyoza: Heat a tablespoon if oil and add the gyoza when it's hit. Fry them for awhile - about 2 minutrs- 6until they are brown on the bottom, then add water to go about 1/4 way up the gyoza. Cover the pan and cook until the water has evaporated and the skin is soft, a few minutes. This will cook the inside of the dumpling. Uncover the pan when the water has evaporated and cook a couple more minutes to crisp the bottom. If using frozen gyoza, do a second round of water after the first batch has evaporated. Make a dipping sauce of soy sauce, rice vinegar and hot sauce or chili oil.

I’m struggling right now and have been waiting to see this notification pop up.
I’m struggling to be happy by myself right now and you’ve been my role model for a while now, it makes me hopeful to see you happy by yourself, for yourself.
    Thank you Mav❤️

You have such an adventurous spirit! It’s a beautiful thing….it takes a lot of courage to travel by yourself to a far away country that you don’t know the language or anyone. Japan is very safe though. Enjoy your time…definitely a trip of a lifetime. I feel this trip has renewed some joy within your soul. Thank you
