- Finally got the elusive sub 15! This run is pretty good for the most part but can still be pushed into high 40s with a sub 5 siege start which is what we are going to go for next but thought I would upload this as it is a very important milestone nonetheless.

People here in the comments have clearly never seen an any% speedrun before and it shows. These types of strats and glitches are standard in so many other games. They require skill, precision, and lots of practice to pull off, so why should it be treated any differently for Destiny? All these naysayers would have a stroke if they saw a Half Life 2 speedrun.

I did a lil calc and it’ll take you 5 days to pop every heavy synth if you pop them as soon as each cool down ends lmfao

To all the people that obviously dont know much about speedrunning, they are not cheating by doing glitches. They are doing any% which means that anything can go. Glitches and exploits are allowed. There is a different category for not using any exploits.
Actually there isnt a category for that. The one on speedrun.com is essentially a meme category that doesnt let you titan skate because that's an exploit apparently. I feel like the people commenting are the ones who moderate speedrun.com

Reading comments on any speedruns that use/d "out of bounds" genuinely hurts my brain. If you don't know what a speedrun is, or the rules(or lack there of) built around certain categories, then don't fucking watch runs or insult the people running.

Is there any reason you use treads over burning eye for aksis p2? Treads doesnt one-hit shanks i dont think?
Yeah that's literally it. Those archetypes of scouts have 48 impact and it takes 49 to one shot shanks. Accurized ballistics increase your impact by 1 on burning eye making it so you can. Treads is by far the best scout for literally everything else tho. Especially if you get a god roll one..

@@hesters1082 I mean its personal preference. And I LOVE treads cause you can get so many different roles for different situations. Obviously if you have disciplinarian you can one shot shanks, but then you don't have explosive for everything else and for non-fallen. imo... For an "everything" treads. I'd do The Vision of Confluence Ranged scope (i forgot the name) Crowd Control, Explosive Rounds, and Reactive Reload OR Army of One. Army of One is probably better, just cause more abilities can be up and crowd control is already good.

Go watch a speedrun of a game that has a lot of speedrunning. Lets take super mario 64 and you will see unintended glitches and "cheats". Glitches are common in speedruns on almost any game and destiny is not any different
I agree these raids usually take an hour or two with a half decent team. What's your point
Bungie knows that clipping is a thing and its aloud also thats the whole point in a speedrun on destiny or any game its about doing it as fast as possible and not using clips would only make the run last longer if you wanna see the no sort of glitch watch old runs then youll realise how much time clipping saves as well as death warps partglitch and seige skip and powerslides .the old strats were just too slow to achieve something like a sub 14 wotm this is also going for ever raid in d1 so think before you criticize any skilled players in d1
And any raid can be done in less than an hour and I wouldn't say spending 1to2 hours in an lfg is a good speed anymore its 2020 theres a load of garbage lfgs egoing over there clears when speed rank matters more

Jayden Ashby they did a part glitch where a Titan as it looses its hammer of sol you pick up a part and it registers it picked up but you can run and Titan skate etc and when you get to one of the places to put the part down they press y or triangle and the part would work like normal to then put it in its correct location

you gotta watch evan's video i think, he explains how that load zone works, if you're past a certain point when you enter it, you teleport upwards, but if you enter it normally, you just load in and have to walk the rest of the way yourself
