Shitters crutched worldline, we’re just as fast now. Look at Levi record and cos record both pre2.8.0 times beaten. Not saying it was justified but the removal got rid of the shitters, and brought out the better.

my biggest regret in all Destiny is wraith of the machine, not doing it but that I only did it twice and not more, I did it first maybe a week after Datto discovered outbreak spent about 11 hours playing straight with 6 different fireteams yet it glitches in the end and didn't give me the gun/quest, and its the one D1 raid I never played hard mode for.

My solo was 26 minutes by going into every section of the raid doing it clean. (Besides the bridge) and my personal best 3 man wrath was 37 minutes without any exploits or glitches. Again not hating just never really see any clean runs anymore. Not saying this isn’t clean but having people go to Vosik 2 just to start and get people to leave afterwards is like the speed run for A-Bake and Kylo alone.

Speedrunning is a race where there are a set of rules that make up how the competition is ran. Why would we do something different just for the sake of entertainment? We are speedrunners not entertainers. Go watch Redeem for that.
There will never be a time locked Run for a raid, new strays could be found and times are just so annoying to get perfect, if someone misses a dreg a to start siege, that’s time loss, it’s all about being absolutely perfect, which Aldi’s bake and his team did a great job at.
