Hello, Do you have to pretreat to do DTG? I have so many questions. How many shirts can that machine print on? Would the design look the same if you did HTV?
The DTG Printer can print on hoodoes, shirts, canvas, even shoes with the right accessories. DTG has no color limits or minimum order quantities so HTV wouldn't be close.
@@Mreclectables That was only one questions answered. LOL Im new to the Tshirt business. I spent so much money but it feels like I didnt get the right machine :(.
@@aminam4405 yes for DTG you have to use pretreatment, this printer can print on any shirts, cotton, 50-50, polyester etc. Depending on what images you're printing the # of shirts changes but more than 75 a day and I'd say under 200..but just depends
What’s ur recommendation settings for the pearl pre treatment to avoid cracking after wash? 😭
Great video 🤙🏼
I see a DTG box on the black shirt you're wearing and on the half you tested. Does that wash out?
What percentage do you guys pre-treat color shirts?
For the color strength for why sure do you say 80 to 85 and what about color shirts?
What sofware are you useing for printing?
Great video! One of the most detailed I've seen.
Question... What settings do you use on the Pearl machine for White and Dark Garments?
For me the settings will vary based on the garments but generally 35-40 for dark and 25 for white
@@Mreclectables Thanks for the reply. Another question... What about other colors such as Yellow. Blue, Gray, etc?

That's a great question. I've always worked on mine myself. I image Pearl would be the company to get ahold of for any needs!

Would you guys be willing to give some advise over the phone? I’ve been having trouble with my ink washing out even after pretreat
How was the wash test?
Exactly how we expected, except the white pretreat held up ok on the black shirt but my girl threw the shirts away thinking they were misprints lol
I can’t afford the pretreatment machine what would you suggest as alternative
Guys what pretreatment product should i use for epson f2100?
Hi. I don't know if you found your answer. Image Armor is much cheaper than Epson pretreat and is as good of a product.
Whole set up is questionable
