Hi there! Daphne here from MysticPOD. You're right, the upscale, background removal and other advanced features are part of our paid plan. We designed it this way so we can continue to invest in developing even more powerful tools and maintaining the high quality of our image generation. The free version still gives you access to generate images, so you can definitely get a feel for what's possible. If you find yourself needing more help, don't hesitate to reach out! 😊
@@DaphneMysticPOD Hey Daphne! I know that. My comment concerns the other viewers of this video, who probably don't know that. By the way, your service is awesome.
Hi Juna, Do you have any videos explaining how you track Etsy shop expenses and income? Also, could you let me know which tool you use for that-do you use a spreadsheet, or is it something else? Thanks!
@@DetourShirtsCould you please ask your followers how they do it, or even better, create a video about it? The sooner you figure it out, the better it will be for your shop. I found a few Google spreadsheets online, but they're very complicated and not beginner-friendly.
Hello and thanks, i am French and i Hope i can get the stellar class 3… but i don’t know how! Have you got an advice ? Good job! Love from france- sorry for my bad english
Thanks Juna for this informative video. Regardless of this, I wonder the following: Since it is an app specifically for POD, why aren't all designs automatically generated as transparent PNGs? It shouldn't really matter to the underlying algorithms whether they generate a black, white or transparent background.
I think Chris is workin on it. It's in beta and I'm guessing he wanted to get the basics out first and test. Then refine it to work better and better for POD.
Hi there! Daphne here from MysticPOD! That's a great question. You're spot on - technically, MysticPOD could generate transparent PNGs directly however, while POD is our primary focus, some users utilize our tool for other purposes where a background is necessary. We want to cater to a broader range of creative needs. That being said, you have the option to remove your image's background using our BG Removal feature. If you more questions, feel free to reach out! We're available 24/7. 🤗
Thank you for the explanation, Daphne. However, with all due respect, I find the statement unconvincing. If I offer a product specifically for POD users, then I optimize it exactly for this target group. Everyone else who needs a design with a background can do this with just a few clicks.
It's not always necessary. If you have a design that looks okay, is knocked out (background removed) and it's the right size you are fine. You only need to vectorize if you want to edit the design in a vector editing tool like Illustrator or Affinity Designer. If you want to change colors or make sure everything is super crisp then you vectorize.
@@DetourShirts Thank you! That's very helpful. One process I've been thinking of is importing the designs to Kittl to remove background and export at 300 dpi. And if that can be done without vectorzing, it saves AI credits both in Mystic and Kittl.
I used the paid version of this software. The strong point is that it creates images very quickly, the weak point is that it takes a lot of image creation to create a satisfactory design, which is frustrating. In addition, background removal and upscaling are not really good. The software's AI seems to use another party's API. But I have to say that the customer service team is very good, and the owner is probably busy selling courses 🥶
Remember this is still in beta so I giving it a little pass on some of these things.... You do make some good points and I am sure they are working to improve the product. I know the owners and they are busy with lots of things but Mystic is a big priority... but it's a small team so things will roll out slower than something like a Canva or ChatGPT. Give it time. The beta is a proof of concept so that they can learn what is working and what can be improved.
Hi there! It's Daphne here from MysticPOD. Thank you so much for sharing your experience. AI image generation is still a rapidly evolving field with a lot of limitations, and while AI strives to provide the best results possible, sometimes it does take a few tries to nail the exact look you're after. The good news is Chris and the team are actively working on refining our AI models to reduce this and improve the consistency of outputs as well as improve the quality of our background removal and upscaling tools, and your feedback is invaluable in helping us prioritize those improvements. It has been a rollercoaster but Mystic's beta phase will be almost over. Stay tuned for more updates! 😁
Thanks Juna. I have been using Mystic POD for some time and it is great for POD designs
I'm happy you find it helpful!
Thank you! We're so glad you're loving Mystic POD for your designs. Let us know if you ever need anything. 😊
Finally mystic tutorial👍
Hope you find it helpful
How did I miss this? Cool 👍
So glad you liked it
Thanks 🙏
Welcome
You're a champ! Thank u
You are welcome
what about the remaining black spots on the image? It will look like the printer messed up in my view. Can you erase them in Photopea?
Yes you can
Great tutorial, thanks...........
I'm glad you found it helpful!
Yes!!! Thank you!🙏🏿✌🏿
You're welcome!
Great! Thanks, Juna.
You're welcome!
Does it show somewhere that it's 309 dpi after upscaling and increasing the size in photopea?
It's in pixels to the dpi works like this... 4500x5400 going into a 15in x 18in area = 300dpi
Thanks😊
Welcome 😊
if i buy the plan are the 750 Credits per day or per month
I believe it's per month
Mystic POD is good, but is there a way that allows the user to create a design from a text prompt only? It’s not very clear from the interface.
Yes. At the top where it says, "What product do you want to creat..." you can type your prompt in there.
Yes, it's a great tool but upscale, remove bg and other tools are only for the paid version. :)

I actually don't track Etsy shop expenses at the moment. I'm sorta just getting back into it. I'm just barely opening my shop again.

Good point
@DetourShirts i questioned!
Please could you recommend a good free vectorizer please I need your help
I haven't used a vectorizer in a while but here is a video on when I did... ua-cam.com/video/v65HKP0mfwY/v-deo.htmlsi=bmOfopIZVoplXIA5
How come you did not vectorize the design? Is that not necessary?
me too!! it's confusing

Isn't Mystic Pod shutting down at the end of December...i got an email from them saying this.. and to use all your credits?!
That is not mystic pod but mystic ai. A separate company.
Totally different company with similar names
There where pixels with some transparency. Amazon doesnt like it
You could always vectorize it and clean it up even more

Hey Juna, You should rewrite your Mystic affiliate link. People won't know how to use it properly
I'll look into that
