- On 2017 North American Tour, Chicago the band performs Old Days, Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is and Hard Habit To Break live in concert at the Los Angeles Forum, Inglewood, CA on June 10, 2017 with The Doobie Brothers as the opening act.
The Chicago line-up on tour is original band members Robert Lamm on keyboards, vocals, Lee Loughnane on trumpet, James Pankow on trombone, as well as Tris Imboden on drums, Keith Howland on guitar, Lou Pardini on keyboards, vocals and Walfredo Reyes, Jr. on percussion, Jeff Coffey on bass and vocals and Ray Herrmann on woodwinds.
God, Bobby Lamm's vocals are as perfect as 50 years ago.........I just love that man.
Keith Howland,,, you make Terry Kath proud!!!!! God Bless Chicago!!!!!! a life long fan! Muah!
Jeff's great, too!
Hard Habit To Break has that special Chicago touch
They still sound phenomenal!!!
Personally I loved Jason Scheff.....so adorable.
Lou Pardini is under appreciated in Chicago. I prefer his “Bill Champlin” to Bill Champlin’s Bill Champlin.
Lou is awesome and Bill was as well great fit in the band. Perfect
Saw them in Indianapolis 2017 and it was the best concert I've ever been to. The new bass guy [ Owen Wilson lol ] adds a lot , not that the old guy wasn't awesome.
Keith leads this song sometimes and does a gr8 job.
Unfortunately, THIS WAS THE LAST GREAT GROUP LINEUP. since this video, JEFF COFFEY, KEITH HOWLAND, LOU PARDINI, AND TRIS IMBODEN ALL RESIGNED !
Walfredo Reyes, Jr.
Neil Donell
Brett Simons
Tony Obrohta
Loren Gold
Absolutely agree
I love Owen Wilson.
HA! hahaha...
Lolll
He does look like him!🌺
Don't forget Arnold Schwarzenegger on sax and Martin Short on percussion.😅
Soft rock by itself isn’t that special but soft rock combined with other forms, like jazz, rhythm and blues ,hard rock is unique and exceptional.
What's with Robert's tat sleeves?
the voice of the ex vocalist and bass player is close to soft rock style
Yeah..owen wilson..
Only 186 likes??????????
Why does everybody think Jeff Coffey is Owen Wilson?
Haha...I just posted that comment a few minutes ago....he sure does look like him.
They should have kept Jeff!
So far removed from original Chicago
Many of these guys aren't with the band now.
I'm sorry but lead singer reminds me of Owen Wilson. LOL He's a cutie though.
I prefer Jeff Coffey's voice over Jason Scheff, I think he hits the higher notes better.
@John Fleming ~ Chicago tours 9 months out of the year. Singing at the highest end of his tenor range puts such a strain on the vocal chords as a man ages. It’s happened to Peter Cetera, Jason Scheff and it will happen to Jeff if he continues to sing the high end of his register. Peter Cetera has had to change to lower keys to sing his old Chicago songs while out on his solo career. But to me 80% of Peter Cetera is better than any of the rest.
I prefer Peter Cetera. Yes Peter had to drop the key but he was also in his 70’s !! He retired in 2020 at 76 yrs old but still had that Voice ( lower key or not)
Why does Robert have that box of Kleenex on stage? Is he afraid somebody else is going to quit the band before the show's over?
Peter Cetera didn't like Old Days so it was rarely performed live. this isn't too bad, guitar were closer to original than some songs
pre-recorded-track-at-1:16
i didn't know owen could sing ....LOL
Time to get a lead singer with no prop - this jumpin around with a bass isn't workin. In or out- singer or bass. You can't pull off both. Have Chuck Negron do a short tour
duff gordon did they it twice with Cetera and Scheff, this guy is just fine.
I think he's talking about Niel and Brett
Not even close. What an excuse to keep the grift coming.
I personally don't care for the new lead singer!
