I have HRS216SKA .. single speed self-propelled with side discharge .. no bag. I bought mine in 2016 and really love it .. only weighs 68.6 lb dry (I weigh 105). Really like because goes up the hills pretty well, however lately think not as well as it used to and so am hoping to find correct parts to repair. Such one-speed no-bagger is no longer available in USA that I know of, so, if your sister still owns hers, please do treasure it and supply the necessary TLC. I'll be 80 this Fall and can't manage a push mower and have found variable speed mowers to be huge waist of money .. too heavy to pull themselves up much of a slope. Thanks for this video .. I have no carb trouble but appreciate your valuable instruction. I always use non-ethanol and, when almost done mowing for the day, shut off fuel valve and finish up until carb runs empty and mower quits. Happy Trails 😁
