How is $200 "affordable" when there are fitbits out there and the base apple watch doesn't cost much more than this?

The inconvenient is that there is no "AppStore"... If a buy a smartwatch, I wanna be able to check my twitter feed, use a calculator app, brands app etc...

I can get last year's Zenwatch 2 anyway which has Android Wear... I don't see point of this. And I'm not subscribed, just watched thumbnail so thought I should check and it's not worth at least for me.

I really like the *Tickle Strip* idea. I have always liked the idea of hardware that can scroll - I wish my 5X's fingerprint sensor ring was like that of the Gear S line. This would be the best thing for me.

yes. it is compatible with iPhone. Dont expect a lot since you are using an iphone though. I believe u can make calls and receive notifications but non of those fancy stuff u can do with android.

Its not waterproof its water resistant with an IP65 rating meaning you cant dunk it in water. It's only protected against light water spraying from say washing your hands.

I feel that this is sponsored video or because it is a new smartwatch out from the market to take advantage of the ones his wearing is over $300USD which is the most expensive model and only that model has Sapphire Crystal only the rest are normal glass which is why it is cheaper from the price it is not a Budget watch and what I say about this watch is just a BASIC smartwatch and for iphone user you will have trouble pairing it as it will get disconnect often I would advise people to get moto 360 or pebble 2

Watch It Melt if you have an iPhone and looking to get a smart watch you should get and Apple Watch series 1 if you're on a budget, or series 2 if you don't care. The Apple Watch and iPhone would work better seamlessly than the tick Watch, but it is still a good choice if you're on a budget and don't care about specific details. Hope that helps you if you're looking to get a smart watch.

You should be wearing the watch while driving. To answer your question, yes you can still charge the S3 as long as you bring the charging dock.

One of the more misleading titles I read in a long time. Best Smartwatch that won't break the bank? I know lots of people here already said it, but for that price you can get better watches already which are actually build by companies you can ask for support and that won't probably disappear within the next year. If you compare it to the Apple Watch 2, of course it is cheaper. That's like saying "I found the best car you can ever find and that is super affordable!", then show a Volkswagen for 35k, compare it to a Mercedes for 60k, while ignoring a Hyundai or Kia you could get get for 20k and with better features. The title implies in my oppinion a good watch, that costs maximum 150, if not less, so it doesn't "break the bank".
Ya know, I saw this video update and I was ready to list all my normal gripes and ultimately state that this wearable is not for me. Truth be told, my biggest gripes have been thrown out the window. The only thing left is battery life and even then 1.5 days is better than many. Waterproof is great. But my biggest grip and reason I've stuck with my Martian Smartwatch is that a smartwatch NEEDS to be a watch FIRST and PROPERLY and all the other stuff secondly. This watch does that. I'll definitely be investing in the next week or so. Much appreciate the video.
Now I've gotta research the band size and check out the charger. I'm really hoping it's NOT proprietary, though something tells me it might be.

This thing is apparently not available in Germany. At least not on German Amazon. I could import of course, but I think the Sony Smartwatch 3 is still the better deal. It is cheaper (130-140 Euro, can be found below 100 Euro when discounted) and still has hardware specs that at least keep up with almost every newer device. Despite it is lacking a heart rate sensor, but you can connect a dedicated chest sensor while running (on the other hand it has GPS built in). And it is IP68 certified.
Nice vid man, just ordered mine the other day. The title is kind of a click bait though. Considering that you do tech vlogs, you should have known that $200 isn't considered as "won't break the bank" specially when the moto 360 is around $100 now and more premium smart watches are between 200-300.
It sounds to me like somebody got paid to lose his integrity while promoting the watch. Affordable, that part was funny though. If you want an affordable watch try Motorolla 360 on ebay 99$ or a more versatile Android watch with a speaker like ZenWatch for 85$.

Looks nice an all, but for $200 there are a loads of other smart watches and if you check out older generations (Gear s2, moto360...etc.) you can get something similar, but cheaper. Ok, this one has touch sensitive strip on the side...i get it, but still won't last longer than 2 days.

I got an huawei watch from amazon for 199$ and even though I use it with my iPhone ,let me tell you this watch feels like a watch . Great craftsmanship and works great with my iPhone ,and it'll be much better when android wear 2 comes out early 2017. Get huawei watch .
