Thank you for this video. I love this longer format. A short video on exercises than can be done while travelling ( standing, using resistance bands) would be great. I can piece together a list but it's hard to recall all the nuances of proper form.

🥀🌟🥀 Just completed the 4 rounds of exercises with ya (no weights), Dr. Lisa, incorporating balance, posture, impact and one more I can't remember. Next time, I will use dumbbells. I feel accomplished, positive and happy to be working out with you! 🥀🌟🥀

This is just great!! TY. Last spring I had a compression fracture after having a good result in my Dexa the spring of 2022. I was discourage for a bit, but found your channel and am doing the exercises. Look forward to more of these.

Hi Lisa - I am so glad I found this video of yours. I have been all over the map trying to find a routine to incorporate all my bone health needs. Your videos are the best. Just wondering if the dead lifts are OK with vertebrae fractures? I am apparently high risk now osteoporosis so trying to do everything I can to keep on top of this. Thanks so much for all you do for so many of us floundering through this diagnosis. 🙏☺️

Lisa I have Osteoporosis and your exercises I visualise my bones getting stronger all the time 😊 I have lots of pain in my back ribs when I sit at a table or stand at the sink or in a queue. I assume I have weak back muscles. Could you include something to strengthen back muscles please.

You can absolutely hold the plank longer or make it harder by alternating lifting each leg to the ceiling like a flutter kick. You don’t have to lift it far, and it ups the intensity!!! This video is very popular and I’m so glad that you like it. I will make more like this as it seems to be what people are looking for. I plan to record another one today. How often should we do this workout?
The guidelines advice us to do strength training 2-3 times per week. So give that a try. Many more videos to come so you will have a variety of routines moving forward. Balance and posture exercises can be done daily. Thanks for watching and for your question.
