I always put a slice of lemon in my hot water in the morning. It’s very refreshing!
I’m the same, I always get up earlier than I need to for work in order to be prepared 😄 I am always early for work but it means I get some quiet time on my own and peace to enjoy my breakfast and read my book 😊

It's great to have job and be independent. How I wish I were like you at that age. I mean, I can see, you do everything by yourself. Like cooking, household chores, grocery shopping, and so much more.
Hi Lou! Japan looks so bright and pretty in the mornings so early! I work at 4am sometimes and it’s still dark here so I’m too lazy to wake up, haha. And the oatmeal banana pancakes look so good! I wish I was a morning person. Unfortunately I dont sleep well, at most 2 hours for the last 4 years. It means i'm completely destroyed every morning and I dont see straight until 10 am. I get up 20 min before I have to leave, just enough time to wash, brush, change clothes and pack my things. I barely open my eyes before I get on the bus. It pretty much ruins the start of every day, but since i'm used to it, I try not to let it get to me.
Your morning looks so peaceful, it would be an absolute dream for me to be able to do that.

Is cream cheese the same in Japan as it is in the USA? Is everyday a different kind of trash? What is a trash schedule?!? What are the other options? Like paper? Maybe I don’t know because I live out in the middle of nowhere in the USA? Maybe bigger cities here have some of those things? 🤷♀️😅
in japan almost everything will go to recycle except dirty food waste , everything you buy is individual plastic wrap but that is also even recycled
Do you have breakfast before brushing?
I do brush my teeth after I woke up and then eat breakfast 😅

Buongiorno cara Lou con molto piacere vedo che sei in perfetta forma ....👏👏👏👏anche qui in Italia in primavera il clima è pazzerello quindi dobbiamo vestirci a 'cipolla' cioè di mattina che fa freddino indossi una felpa però sotto metti o una camicetta o una t-shirt, il pomeriggio fa caldo togli la felpa e rimani con indumenti leggeri. Così non sudi e non ti prendi il raffreddore. 😤🤧🥴sei proprio una brava ragazza, educata, molto carina, grande lavoratrice e responsabile fai onore a tutte le donne! 👍😊⚘️non smetterei mai di guardare i tuoi vlog, mi riempiono il cuore mi rilassano e mi tengono compagnia GRAZIE MILLE!!
