Hello my dears!❤️ I hope everyone is doing well and I hope you enjoy watching my ordinary life living here in Japan. Have a nice day and Take care always 💋 PS I just opened my small shop if you’re interested please check it out here ko-fi.com/s/f3e838c6de
Hi Lou May I please know if the 20 box has more variety or is it the same items as the 10 box but in more quantity. Also due to allergies to certain food would it be possible to list the allergens of the products. The collagen powder is would love to try but the packaging has no English on it so not sure what its for. Thank you
I admire your hard work. Leaving the Philippines 🇵🇭 to work in Japan. Learning a different culture, as well as a successful youtube channel as well as a small business. You've come a long way and your hard work will be rewarded. I will also order some snacks from you as well.

Please, please see a competent doctor for Hashimoto's. There is treatment for the disease. Yes, gluten free can help, but only in combination with the proper prescription to treat Hashimoto's . I have the same disease and have been gluten free for 20 years. Your energy will return with treatment. I hope your job search is successful soon. Your videos are wonderful! ❤️
Hashimotos is life altering. I’ve spent 24 years now dealing with it. I can attest a mindful diet and regular exercise will be your biggest tool in feeling better. Also don’t beat yourself up when your weight fluctuates as this is a side effect. You’ll do fine. Keep up the good work. Thank you for sharing your videos.
Hi Lou! I just wanted to tell you that I really admire you! Going and working in another Country by yourself and not being totally fluent in the language. You are very brave!!!!❤❤❤❤
@@aguantecanada I can’t find the comment now & more than 30 seconds of looking was far more effort that I wish to waste. You made a comment about Lou’s languages, she’s already fluent in TWO languages. Why bother watching a video to then complain? Spend your time watching or doing something you’re interested in, you’ll find your life it far more pleasant that it is now. Have a great day!
Hi Lou, I usually never comment, but since I have same disease since almost 19 years now, I've got some experience. I'm from Italy and unless we have celiac disease, here we all eat gluten without any issue, even with Hashimoto. What you should reduce consumption of hormones stimulant food like soy and tofu. I get that it is difficult to avoid in Japan, but my doctor told me that it is ok to eat it once a week. I also assume levothyroxine according to my weight and hormones levels and also need to integrate iodine. As also other people suggested, see another doctor and ask for a treatment. You'll feel better.
I wish you all the best for your interview.Come on girl, you're strong. You can do it. Wish you all the luck and good health. Take good care of yourself. Greetings from the Netherlands.

I couldn’t imagine living in another country don’t know the language that well. Japanese is an extremely hard language to learn let alone understand. I enjoy your videos

Lou, I have celiac disease which means I have to follow a gluten-free diet. It's definitely possible to minimize! Rice noodles and rice flour bread are helpdul substitutes. Good luck on your journey and interview!! ❤️
Good for you trying to go gluten free! I thought it was going to be SO HARD, but it really isn't. I do what you did on your trip. When I'm out and about having fun, I try my best to limit gluten, but I don't shame myself if I go ahead and eat a little bit. During the week, when cooking for myself it is pretty easy to be gluten free. I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER, I hope you experience positive physical results too from limiting gluten! In the very beginning, it took about 1-2 weeks to notice a difference. In the first month I realized I felt better, and I started dropping weight pretty quickly too! It has been a very positive experience and I am so very grateful. I hope your experience is positive too! Good luck!

Good luck with the interview! And if you ever want to work in the food business, just show them your videos. Everything you make looks so delicious!
I would call the shrimp and corn dish Fritters!
Lou, I gave up gluten about 9 months ago and found it has significantly helped my autoimmune disease. It was so hard at first, i craved bread and gluten constantly. But after about 4 to 6 weeks I adjusted and while i do miss certain foods, i feel so much better. Hang in there, it gets easier!
I liked the way you cook food sure looks delicious sweetie love your channel
