Does freezing spray make shock for the board? I meat if after many times applying freezing spray it will be still good working board? I am always afraid to heat the board too fast after freezing spray. Thanks for answer
Save yourself some time and get a Flir camera. You can find VDD main short right away. Very easy to find. It will light up like a Christmas light on a Flir.

What side of the cap are you injecting voltage from ???? Is it the side that is connected to ground ???
why did you remove the first cap and then gave voltage to the vdd main and looked for another shorted cap?

I wouldve tested the pad after the removal to see of a short remains on that line.
