This is crazy! And I love it! 😁 All three have such distinct voices from each other and yet the way they blend so flawlessly for those harmonies at the end.... Just wow! Third guy is technically a counter-tennor...but damn he's hitting some actual Aretha notes there!
Sadly, they've moved on to other projects. They came back after being replaced in TMT's, as Cook, Dixon and Young, but I don't think they are still doing that. I was lucky to see them live, but I would see them again every night if I could. Amazing performance.
Saw them live in Indianapolis with my daughter who was about 6 or 7 ( I think ) at the time. She didn't want to leave the auditorium at the end of the show.
I almost loved it.....until that mousey dude #3 started screaming from the back of his throat like a cat on a hot tin roof! Smh (The other 2 are alright with me)
I don't mind high notes from the diaphragm, but if 90% of your notes come from your throat & nasal cavity...to me; it comes across as noise. He needs a bit more balance or a lower register.
2023 and I'm still here watching it again and again
Are they still around?
Love this...2024

All I can say is OMG! I would love to have front row seats to their concert!

What genre of music would you call this? Orchestral Jazz? Orchestral R&B? Is there even a term for live orchestral theatre pieces like this?
