I have been looking for this video for many years. My husband and I were in the audience for Victor Trent Cook's performance of this song, "I Who Have Nothing" and it literally brought chills to my body and goosebumps on my skin. He was phenomenal!! I am so glad that someone posted his performance. There is no performance of this song better than this, PERIOD!!
This performanance turned the theater out. What a singer!! I thought that B.J.s performance of fools fall in love in her closing number would be a tough act to follow, but this guy turned the place out with I who have nothing. LOVED IT.....TO THE MAX!!!!

Before he goes to his knees you think he has reached the top but then he brings you to a whole new strata! Really amazing as was his whole performance in "Smokey Joe's Cafe".
Went to see this play in New York loved every song this gentleman does a fabulous job but my favorite is stand by me seems to be a thing now with this virus is this song has become popular again I think it’s great Ben E. King lives on
