  • -Enjoy a state of mindfulness and play by painting for your soul...we continue with a third six-page spread in our TINY book. No experience needed, this is just for fun and it's only paper! We'll experiment with paint & printed tissue papers for collage onto our tiny pages...each lesson building our confidence and skills in very short painting sessions. I show one week at a time per video - one per day.

I suffer with sciatic pain too. I admire you pushing through the pain to create and to make this video. Pain is exhausting and saps our creative energy.

Hi there. Love your little book and ideas. I've had sciatica for 17 years now, uugh. What helps me is swimming. Just gently. It helps stretch and the weightlessness is great relief. Perhaps it will help you as well.

Hello Joan, Fran here. I love the idea of making white gell prints to add on top of “dud” paintings. Thank you for sharing your ideas 😊 I’m off playing with my gell plate as it’s pouring rain here in BC.
