Fluted panel are the trend but dust between the panel and time to upkeep it is HELL. I have seen owner applying it to small section like feature wall but this guy took it to the next level but applying it to almost the entire home ☠️☠️☠️☠️

Superb bachelor pad. It's actually 732 sqft not 914 sqft. With 914sqft he could have an additional bedroom even after tearing the other one down.

Agreed. Aesthetic unpractical designs are very stupid IMO. Most of the time these people just don't clean them.

You can opt out for HIP toilet reno. Fluted panels are beautiful but extremely expensive, same for those curve edges.

It's around 2700K to 3200K. 4000K is closer to fluorescent lighting which is not what he has.
