    My resoective targets for day 15 were 2:25 2:20 and 2:15. My average was 2:20.1 with 4281m completed. Last 5 minute was my overall fastest at 2:19.7

    Wahoo... Best interval was my fastest ever of 149.8 I averaged 1:53.0 with 1769m overall without counting the rests.

    lol I beat my day 1 row by 50 meters during todays workout. final day im going to destroy it music blasting!

    Another good challenge. I had trouble holding my watts and pace per 500 where I wanted them. I liked the visual of making the boat move faster through the water by applying more power, rather than thinking strokes per minute

    I like this - even though it is all 20spm it goes by quickly because of the intensity shifts.
