Day 16: over 100m further than day 5, average split 3.5s faster than day 5, but what I'm most pleased with is that over the full workout today I only dropped 4 split seconds from where I started!

What a great practice holding the watts and pace as the stroke gets slower. Definitely a challenge. Going to be more aware of tightening my core on the swing. Very helpful!

Just done Day16 (7 days late now). Day 5 last interval was average 2:09.4/500 total distance 4207, Day16 last interval was average 2:13.2/500 total distance 4461. Had some niggles the last couple of days and felt real tired so had a rest. Need to really warm up for these last sessions. Now stoked again.
Smashed. 3700m vs 4200 ❤ feelin good Austin
So happy with this! Added 165m on day 5!
Day 16. Comparing with day 5 when I did 4272m at average 2:20.4 Today I did 4373m average 2:17.2 however I finished fast before at 2:13.6 whereas I started at 2:09. Sorry, trully now wacked so really couldn't do that.
