if you haven't sat down to see the good place, it's a show I 100% recommend to anyone I know who asks about it. it is just such a fun time with so many thoughtful and profound lessons to teach, all wrapped in the package of a seemingly silly little comedy
I feel like you would love the Good Place. I think there are a lot of mental health themes. Mostly there are philosophical themes, but also a lot of psychological themes and very good characters with their own issues.
This show was one of those shows that I could watch over and over again from the beginning, because I love it so much. Unfortunately, I was so saddened by it ending that it makes me heartbroken to watch it now, though. I still recommend watching the whole show, however. Preferably before viewing more clips, because this is the kind of show you can have major spoilers for. Also, Janet is quite possibly my favorite character in any show ever, so worth it just to see her parts.
Terrific analysis. I would strongly - very strongly - recommend you watch season one of The Good Place, because you would need several videos to analyze all the characters here. Eleanor, Michael, and Tahani would need a video each to address their triggers, their behaviours, and their levels of dysfunction.
I feel nice that there are people out there making any kind of mental problems look normal because basically, we all have a few or a lot of them. I rarely write comments so this one is for the help you probably try to do for our world and well, our minds. I hope you keep up the good work and most importantly, keep it ethical like this video. I guess I am glad you exist. 😄
Im on season 3 of the good place right now. I believe we are getting to a point of realizing the entire system is flawed especially for people who came from troubled homes or have mental illnesses. I often can relate to tahani when it comes to her worries about how other perceive her and relate to Eleanor cynicism because I can be like that at times. Honestly as a neurodivergent person with anxiety the show portrays complex characters and humanizes them. It feels so realistic to actual life. Also I loved your analysis.. you are so underrated !!
Yes! TGP is one of my favs- you should definitely watch all of it. Definitely a lot of good philosophical questions and people who want to be better. Id love to see you make more content on this show
Not me tearing up over here because I feel so seen :') I've gotten better about it but when I feel overwhelmed I tend to go down the same routes. Thank you for great content
I’m about three months late but an Eleanor one would be a good one to analyze as well. I know that seems general, but everyone who’s watch the show knows that just Eleanor being Eleanor needs an entire video 😂
Oh my gosh this resonated with me so much. I literally had that car crash situation, I get driving anxiety constantly because of my chronic indecisiveness that I avoid it as much as possible. I’d rather wait for a green light than get a flashing yellow because then it requires more decision making on my behalf
Indeed, I also think that she would like it. Tbh I think this is one of the most stoopid-genius-corny-clever shows ever, full of philosophical questions, and duality. The final season brings up conflicting emotions in a god-level 😏 professional way.
I’d recommend watching the Good Place if you get the chance. One of the best live action shows I’ve seen in a long while. Also, just a lot of fun stuff to dissect in it.
You should check out the show Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. I’m very interested to hear your thoughts about the fictional mental health disorder in the show.
so, writing this in the moment of the video when you say "I haven't seen TGP too much".... ok, friend advice, whether you do videos or not about it... go watch it all in order, it really is a journey for your heart.
Maybe you can do a video on why people, who seem otherwise intelligent, get tattoos. What a con job by the tattoo industry to get a nothing profession into something making lots of money.
What do you do when you are faced with indecision? Let me know in the comments! 👇
I would like to see you analyze "the good place" and the other "place"s in the show

The Good Place is seriously one of the best shows ever. I love Chidi. 😂

There are many characters in this show that definitely have interesting psychology, I highly recommend it

Still suggesting you react to The Sandman. I think you could have a lot to say about it, and a lot of fun with it in general!!!
Great suggestion thank you!!
I hope you get back to this show one day!
You should totally watch The Good Place. It's fantastic and I'm sure you'd have some interesting takes.
UA-cam suggests this video: I feel called out
Halfway through this video: I feel seen
End of this video: I feel helped
Thanks for an excellent video
YAY!! Omg thank you. I’m glad it helped!
I’m in cat 3 for the most part and made it my entire personality (avoidant personality disorder). 🤪😂

how can one person be sure of any choice is right. asking for a friend.
Please please please react to the Good Place.

Wow, what a garbage insult.
I used to write stuff like that on my running shoes. But they got thrown away.
