For almost how many months I've been searching for a proper demonstration of the blushda. But finally drumeo pop out to my youtube recommendation Eric Moore explains more catchable and easy to learn thanks to this you inspires me to explore more on drums
Dr jeckel (spelling?)l Mr hyde. You watch him play without speaking, the guy is a monster! you hear him speak about drums and he is a complete gentleman. The future of drumming is in great hands will be watching his accomplishments for years to come.Bravo, well done sir!
Eric Moore you got mad energy and flavor brother. I love it man!!! Keep on drumming but make more vids too. I like your approach and your reminders of having fun with it. Thanks!
standard hybrid rudiment, Cheese: adding a diddle on the main note of a flam. This mistakingly so, still sounds kinda like a cheese on the flam. Cool man.
Is it me or when Eric speeds up the lick he’s leaving off the L (last sticking note) and replacing it with the kick or “the cheese” as he calls it. Love it!
That's what I was wandering it seems that way to me. Also I'm struggling to figure out how it would be counted. Like is the final L twice as long in note value as the other hits (so four 16th notes and one 8th note) or like a group of five 16th notes? ... or quintuplets? Can anyone help?
Ahhhh, so thats what i've been doing wrong all these years. I've only been doing the "Blushda" not the "Blushda K". Dammit!!! 😉. Love this guy though and as usual, the great Drumeo lessons.
2:21 -- notice he starts dropping the final L and just playing K rL r r.... Also consider the Rob Brown method -- rL r l. 3:20.... 4:32.... Could also try making the kick at the beginning a double (a la Gavin Harrison).
This guy made my day with how happy he was behind the kit.
Yo! Tell me bout it! I'm bout to practice putting the cheese on the blushda! AHHH!
Eric Moore is like one reason among few why I didn't give up practicing drums on regular basis..he just adds so much fun to it
Love the energy. That's one of those chops that makes your face go all stanky when you hit it

It’s so fun so advance.ممنون
Thanks so much.
I hear this lick a lot and never could figure it out ❤️
I personally love this. I got my own version, really similar, but adding two kicks, and doubling the first left hand before the right hand drag.
Love this guy! Pure joy!
Eric looks way better lately. Way slimmer and way healthier. Good for him.

standard hybrid rudiment, Cheese: adding a diddle on the main note of a flam. This mistakingly so, still sounds kinda like a cheese on the flam. Cool man.

This ist freakin cool! 😎👌
Show! Muito bom! Vou treinar agora
Bro! Seriously? You could play accurately with such speed?!
Did you see on 0:38 how the Other Bassdrum Pedal breaks ?
Daniel Würtz lmfao damn
Pretty freakin wicked!!
I love Eric!
IKR!!!!
Well someone may have a new favourite drummer hahaha this guys great!!
Yeah! I like putting that double kick in front of that, bro. Swiss 🧀 blushda! Lol Love your vibe, cat! One....
Jay Jackson Same here, for some reason I have to do the double kick, it hits harder to me
With the kick it sounds like one of David Garibaldi's signature licks (at least I saw it in one of his books in like 3-4 Songs)
COOL!!!!!!!hi from RUSSIA!
Great video again
Sounds so much harder than it is!!
nice !!!!
u r the Drum e O !
Blister from practicing!!
I want to see him make "chopsy" the puppet play that !
Is it me or when Eric speeds up the lick he’s leaving off the L (last sticking note) and replacing it with the kick or “the cheese” as he calls it. Love it!
así se divierte uno en la bateria
Your smile ma man makes me confident that I can play the blush the blush the blushda
The way he talks!
Love listening to this dude play/talk about drums! Also not to be that guy but you guys spelled "hear" wrong in the description
Is it just me or when he plays that lick fast he plays K RL RR K RL RR K RL RR and then at the end with the left hand KRL RR L?
That's what I was wandering it seems that way to me. Also I'm struggling to figure out how it would be counted. Like is the final L twice as long in note value as the other hits (so four 16th notes and one 8th note) or like a group of five 16th notes? ... or quintuplets? Can anyone help?
The K rL counts as two triplets, both R's are one triplet and the L is one aswell, I guess
No, just triey it. They are just 16th or 32s K rL is one note. Just play it, you'll see for yourself
@@paulpioch7776 hi there! You mean like a drag, krL? Best regards!
Ahhhh, so thats what i've been doing wrong all these years. I've only been doing the "Blushda" not the "Blushda K". Dammit!!! 😉. Love this guy though and as usual, the great Drumeo lessons.

he looks like a great guy to have a beer with hahah
Nice one eric, wicked chop.. Still unsure why its adding 'cheese' to blushda. I mean i'm aware theres an extra note or 2, but why cheese?
Goodn!
Sic!!!
