Wonderful lesson. Just a friendly heads up… you’re calling tomatoes broccoli, and vice versa.
Not the point of the video but thought it may be handy for you to label like you did your carrots and spinach.
Your trees are breathtaking. Keep up the good work both in your garden and the kingdom. Be blessed and thank you for sharing! 😊

I understand, Michael... more than you know. Jesus reminded us that we would have trouble in this world, but he also said we should take heart because he has overcome the world.
Being the good soil does not mean that we will have fewer troubles. Quite the contrary. Even good soil is still just dirt. Perhaps that’s why Adam’s name essentially means “Dirt Man”. God made him out of the dirt. Just like Adam after his sin and the dirt he was made from, good soil is still exposed to the freezing cold of winter and the stifling heat of summer. Good soil will still be walked upon and trampled by people. Animals will still do their business on it and dig holes in it. Good soil still needs to be worked (tilled, plowed, and fertilized). Which means it will be violently dug up, turned over, and stirred together with stinky fertilizer and rotting mulch.
So, you can see that good soil is not left in peace and quiet. The gardener is constantly working on it to make it even better soil. In part, this is what God is referring to when he tells us,
“No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.” (Hebrews 12:11).
God is working on you to make you even better soil than you already are. Truly, that is the only purpose of this life. This life is a training ground meant to prepare us for our eternal home with Him. That is why he reminds us through the Apostle Paul,
“…have you completely forgotten this word of encouragement that addresses you as a father addresses his son? It says,
‘My son, do not make light of the Lord’s discipline, and do not lose heart when he rebukes you, because the Lord disciplines the one he loves, and he chastens everyone he accepts as his son.’
Endure hardship as discipline; God is treating you as his children. For what children are not disciplined by their father? If you are not disciplined-and everyone undergoes discipline-then you are not legitimate, not true sons and daughters at all.” (Hebrews 12:5-8)
You are God’s son, Michael. He is preparing you for better things by training you just as you would train your children for their future benefit. Draw near to Him - hold tight to Him and His word. This is what he is teaching you to do.
I’ll be praying for you, brother.
