Self touch is also very helpful. Havening, brushing, tapping, rocking, or using vibration are all ways to distract the amygdala and bring you to a zen/happy place. Love thyself is extremely powerful

I've noticed touching myself helps in the claiming. Breathing and gently rubbing on the spot can relieve stress and anxiety. Closing eyes and imagine things will be better soon. Helps me. Thank you for sharing your time.

I think I will make a collection of fractal artwork into cards for my phone and computer. Also I can make a list of feel good words and make them into word art. Petty my dog Ginger already while watching the video.

So awesome! I bet Ginger is a great help! What kind of a dog is she?

She is a mix of Pembroke Welsh Corgi and a chihuahua. She's a 10 lb worker bee that loves to cuddle and get kisses on the cheek. She cannot get enough kisses.

Any suggestions on having difficulty swallowing ? Thanks

Thanks for watching Patti. I would recommend talking with your doctor about getting a swallowing study done so they can recommend specific physical therapy to help with it. I would also recommend using mindfulness while eating to help too. Making sure you are very present with no distractions while eating. Focusing on each bite, taking small bites, and perhaps chewing mindfully and thoroughly. I hope this helps!

@@pattischmitz2680 oh no! I hope you can get medical help soon. Autoimmune diseases can be so difficult to find and diagnose. In the meantime, please take exquisite care of yourself. Eat the most nutritious food you can, exercise as you are able, try to get good sleep, and practice mindfulness.
