Gretchen, I don't have MS, but I do have CIDP which also causes demyelinization-though of the peripheral nervous system. Does your program principles work similarly for someone like me?
Thanks for watching. Functional exercises can definitely help people that use aids as well. Dr. Gretchen mentioned using a rollator or walker for balance while doing the functional exercises. Definitely check out her channel where she has many videos where she talks about exercises and how to them with aids. youtube.com/@doctorgretchenhawley
my wife is 43 and has been told to see a neurologist. Her personality changed after long covid. (No smell/taste, falling down, brian fog) She refuses and gets angry if i tell her. (I saw one of your videos and thought i'd ask)
@@BasicBeachCommunity1 I am sorry that is happening. I can’t give medical advice but I would definitely encourage her to see a neurologist. Long Covid and neurological symptoms should be checked out.
Thank you so much for having me! It’s always a pleasure to chat with you🧡
@@DoctorGretchenHawley thanks Dr. Gretchen it is always a pleasure!

That is me. Can’t lift foot or toes. Get discouraged.
Laying down lift?
Toes won’t lift.
