Thanks for your support.
@emil alvardo
You're damn right! This is priceless.
Working on Tech Support or Customer Service are probably one of the worst experiences ever. Dealing with people that believe they are better and smarter than you is emotionally exhausting.
I felt that
@@pew8567 I second that
yah thats what if feel right now demotivated also😢

Great video as always guys.
Thank you!!
Was a great video guys.
Great video guys.
I'm already working in a call center and I would like to say thank you both for uploading this material.
I studied a lot by watching your videos and learning your vocabulary.
I learned from you that customers are hard to deal with.
And we always need patience.
I was able to get my first call center job and I can't help thinking that is was thanks to you guys.
Keep uploading videos and helping others out there.
We never thought we'd be able to help people so much. We're extremely proud to have been of great help to you. Our videos have been well received by the audience and we hope our content will continue to have a positive impact on more people's lives.

Hey, same thing happened to me.
Now I'm working for Sykes.
@@larizamaldonado1802
Wow, we're so glad to hear that. Congratulations.
When I first met this channel I was working in a call center, but I used to have a lot of limitations.
Language nuisances that I was able to improve thanks to these guys.
I'm working for DHL.
This channel helps me a lot with my understanding.
O man I dont know what I would do without you guys! This the most useful channel to learn call center English and many more things ! God bless you guys! Greetings from Guatemala 🇬🇹
Joshua is back in the game and we love him. 😘😘😘😍
Absolutely, he's back.
Thanks for your concern.
We've missed your comments.
He is... I'm so happy right now.
Joshua is so handsome.
We do love him and his work.
Emanuel is also a good guy.
I'm in love with him as well.
I don't know why quite frankly, but he got something.
The key in this example was to make him see all the problems related to cancel the service without deplete all available solutions for his connection problem. Brilliant.
Who can possibly give a dislike to this video?
This was really helpful.
Hello Marta.
Nice to have you back. Thanks for your support.
I was wondering the same.
Probably was Mr. Spector :D
Due to the first part. People didn't get it so they hate them now.
I find them very interesting.
This channel has grown immensely since the last time I stepped by.
Congrats, kisses and hugs.
You deserve it.
Joshua my heart beats every time I see you. ❤️
I need someone like you to practice english and improve my level ❤
Thanks for your support.
We appreciate your comments.
Finally, we've got some of y'all back in action, unbeknownst to you we missed your reactions big time.
We've got a gut feeling that this video will go places, so far it seems to be panning out.
Stay tuned for more upcoming videos.
Guys you need to make more videos like this one. This kind of video was the reason I subscribed to your channel and I don't regret it.
I missed your synergy and Joshua is ❤️😉
Yes, we have gotten back on track when it comes to creating these types of videos, which indeed come off pretty well.
I really love your videos guys, I remember when i worked for the first time at a call center and the hundred of mistakes that I experienced there. I was rejected about 17 times from Call center due to my lack of comprehension by listening to some things and it made me feel really bad till the call center gave me the opportunity to work with them and I learned a lot. I don't work at a call center anymore but this english from you guys is other level related to some call centers and youtube channels. you are the best guys. I try to improve every day and i realize that we really learn observing and making many mistakes and try to learn from them. I wish you continue with this content my pal. You rock!! n_n
I love your videos bro, I´m going to work in a call center for the first time and your videos have been awfully useful.
God bless you!

Thank you! 😊😊😊
That customer made my day.

The customer is hilarious lol.
Joshua looks great as always. 😍
Emanuel thanks for having him back.
You guys need to make more videos together.
Thank you!!
We will make more videos together.
@@HipronarySchool
I hope so.
Plot twist :
The customer put his router in a cabinet after all. 🤣
Joshua asked him if he had his router in an open area avoiding objects that could crimp its range and he answered 'yes'
But it turns out that he put his router in a cabinet to protect it from gathering dust.
So nice video guys.
Joshua handsome as always 😍 and Emanuel taking over the situation as the hero. 👏🏻
Thank you so much!
What beautifully-elaborated comment.
Your support is very important to us.
Hey... No spoilers 🤣
I couldn't help it, and clicked the spoiler.

Hello hiponary
Actually I'm preparing myself for getting job in call center and your videos are helping me .
But for today video, I want to give kind suggestion , straighten out all word meaning at a instant when you use as you were doing in your previous video. Because in today video I faced difficulties in word meaning to learn.
Apart of it your contens are really helpful . And one content I liked most is selling the pen .
Thanks for your suggestion.
Be advised that we did provide an explanation of the most difficult words straight at the end of the video.
Awesome suggestion.
So myfriends My Mame is Guillermo from República Dominicana and since i began yo see your vídeos i have been more fluent in english ,wether i had known the tipe of vocabularie that make some one speak english fast like THIS one ,i would have diped on ir. And please corret me
THIS Chanel is one of the best gate to learn inglich
Me alegra por Josue😘🥳🥳 más fluido su Ingles.
Hey bro! Thanks both of u, i didn't know how far is going to take me English at all. When I started off speaking in English i made a lot of mistakes and i didn't know my ass from the whole on the ground! After a certain time, I realized that i needed to burn candles at both ends in order to school myself! Now, I'm relishing to work in Teleperformance, my trainer is showing me the ropes and i'm really sure that this experience is a learning curve for me because i'm pulling my socks Joshua and Emmanuel! Good looking out guys! I really look up to u 🤠🤠🤠
Thanks a lot, because with your videos I learned a lot to improve my vocabulary and my listening and your videos motivate me to be better and work in a call center this year
Thank you. We're glad to receive such support.

0:33 I've got hunch that today will be a great day man. por el contexto deduzco que en español sería : Tengo el presentimiento que hoy será un gran dia.
1:16 If I'm not mistaken = Si no estoy equivocado/Si no estoy mal.
Thanks guys for your valuable support, you are awesome and I've learnt a lot of new things. God bless you guys :D!!
Joshua is 8/10
Video 10/10
Emanuel saving the day 9/10
Thanks for your support!!
1. ask where the router is located (is it isolated? is there too much wall on the house?)
2. ask if this is a wireless concern, (does this happen on certain place of the house? near the router?)
3. is the router inside the cabinet? or in the living room/center of the house (usually we have utilitybox for the router its safe to ask for it)
4. is there is a deadspot or slow connection issue on some place/area of the house?
5 run a speedtest, 1st on certain area away from router. then 2nd near the router, if the connection is still bad, ask the customer if hes using a smartphone because you will be asking to reboot the router for atleast 2-3 mins.
after rebooting, do speed test again then compare. from previous speedtest result.
if still slow, check for area coverage maybe there is a maintenance or something, if still doesnt work 🥲🥲🥲
offer home service or maintenance assistance (if there is any or available)
if rejected or none, offer the man a compensation for this trouble and ask for a little bit time to find an alternative solution to fix the problem. and pray customer accepts.
Nice "Assurance Statement". We use to get in major paper ball wars at our call center. Our boss would come in tell use to go to and Aux for training and clean up the mess.
Demasiado bueno para aprender vocabulario de call center.
Thanks guys.

This video shows people with a lack of professionalism, not all the call centers are like this. Anyway the vocabulary is what matters.

Love it , keep em comming ;:::!
This is so funny, I remembered once a lady call me to set a replacement for a device, the call was dificul because she even didn't know his Zip code, (the call was in spanish), She was so insecured by her self that she was all the call asking about the replacement proccess. The call finished, 6 days later against all odds I received a call from her (in that company works 400 people) and she recognized me and told me that I sent the replacement device to another place jajaja I had to set up a new shipping. (Saludos desde COsta RIca)
Awesome story, thanks for sharing it with us.
Sorry you made a blunder lol.

@@HipronarySchool Yes, it was my fault. Talking about something else, I want you to know that next friday a will do a test in a english company, i will let you know my results.

We hope you'll knock 'em dead on that test.
@@HipronarySchool Thank you, i have been watching some of your videos and reviewing them plus personal practice, it could be my first english call center, I wont let you down, its a promise
@@HipronarySchoolLast Tuesday I applied for a job, they told me that I have a good grammar but need more fluency, they offered me to take 6 weeks class with them totally free and then they will test me again. I feel a little sad becouse I dont have the job in this moment but at least they gave me an oportunity to improve, I am starting those clases on febrary 03th.
As a mobil tech, what we would hate, was a person would call in and we
would ask if he had checked his manual, it was always Oh Yes. Upon
arrival I would find the manual still wrapped in plastic.
!
Great video, thanks a lot!
hahhahaha I'm laughing with this video, with my coworkers we play like this during the calls, please correct me in this sentence. Greetings from Mexico.
