Working on Tech Support or Customer Service are probably one of the worst experiences ever. Dealing with people that believe they are better and smarter than you is emotionally exhausting.

    Great video guys.
I'm already working in a call center and I would like to say thank you both for uploading this material.
I studied a lot by watching your videos and learning your vocabulary.
I learned from you that customers are hard to deal with.
    And we always need patience.
I was able to get my first call center job and I can't help thinking that is was thanks to you guys.
Keep uploading videos and helping others out there.

I really love your videos guys, I remember when i worked for the first time at a call center and the hundred of mistakes that I experienced there. I was rejected about 17 times from Call center due to my lack of comprehension by listening to some things and it made me feel really bad till the call center gave me the opportunity to work with them and I learned a lot. I don't work at a call center anymore but this english from you guys is other level related to some call centers and youtube channels. you are the best guys. I try to improve every day and i realize that we really learn observing and making many mistakes and try to learn from them. I wish you continue with this content my pal. You rock!! n_n

    Plot twist :
The customer put his router in a cabinet after all. 🤣
Joshua asked him if he had his router in an open area avoiding objects that could crimp its range and he answered 'yes'
But it turns out that he put his router in a cabinet to protect it from gathering dust.

    1. ask where the router is located (is it isolated? is there too much wall on the house?)
    2. ask if this is a wireless concern, (does this happen on certain place of the house? near the router?)
    3. is the router inside the cabinet? or in the living room/center of the house (usually we have utilitybox for the router its safe to ask for it)
    4. is there is a deadspot or slow connection issue on some place/area of the house?
5 run a speedtest, 1st on certain area away from router. then 2nd near the router, if the connection is still bad, ask the customer if hes using a smartphone because you will be asking to reboot the router for atleast 2-3 mins.
after rebooting, do speed test again then compare. from previous speedtest result.
if still slow, check for area coverage maybe there is a maintenance or something, if still doesnt work 🥲🥲🥲
offer home service or maintenance assistance (if there is any or available)
if rejected or none, offer the man a compensation for this trouble and ask for a little bit time to find an alternative solution to fix the problem. and pray customer accepts.

This is so funny, I remembered once a lady call me to set a replacement for a device, the call was dificul because she even didn't know his Zip code, (the call was in spanish), She was so insecured by her self that she was all the call asking about the replacement proccess. The call finished, 6 days later against all odds I received a call from her (in that company works 400 people) and she recognized me and told me that I sent the replacement device to another place jajaja I had to set up a new shipping. (Saludos desde COsta RIca)
