- What is up UA-cam! In today's Motovlog, I get a new Memphis Shades fairing! I install, test it and take a fun little ride to the bridge near the river. I got the 13" version.
I didn't receive the nylon bolts I needed to attach the windshield to the fairing so I had to improvise because I didn't want to wait even longer to use it.

Since I failed to include the details about the fairing and windshield (sorry), There are alot of questions about it.
Sounds like it helps with the sound of the audio recording when riding at speeds. looks good.

Glad you did this…. Just bought the same bike that you’re riding. - Man I’m getting the Harley quick release windshield. This is just my preference, but I really don’t like the look that Memphis shades windshield gives the Street Bob. Thank you Brother- I can tell you- seeing this helped me make a decision to get the Harley quick-release shield. 👍
I got the Memphis shades with my LRS (was on a sportster with a tiny fairing) and the difference is huge. I can ride on the highway longer and without feeling fatigued. Great video!
I've had several of the HD quick detachable windshields on a 2018 Lowrider and sportster. I wear a helmet and the buffeting is sooo bad I get a massive headache at anything over 40mph. I've had my 21 StreetBob for about a month and would love something that would work for me. I may try this unless the majority has buffeting as well.

Did you need to get a headlight extension block for it? Would you recommend a shorter height windshield for a short rider (5ft) 🤔 What’s the approximate cost with everything needed if you don’t mind me asking? Thanks!
You get a wind vibration/rattling?? I get a little rattle noise at certain RPM’s. Memphis Shade said to adjust the angle or move it up or down but it basically sits perfectly centered around my headlight. Curious if you had the same issue?

Which fairing did you get? Is that a Road Warrior? How tall is the windscreen?
Yesterday I started the riding season after the long winter and rode without the fairing. Man, was I happy! I could hear the sound of the stock exhaust pretty well despite the earplugs. I rode at a speed of 38-55mph. The wind was not an issue whatsoever. Today I installed the 15” shield and what a disappointment. The wind hit in the forehead height of the helmet and the wind noise was uncomfortable. I could barely hear the exhaust above 40mph speed. I am 6’2” and to be honest, I was not happy at all with the shield. The windshield causes too much wind noise in the helmet. I wear a Shoei GT Air helmet. Does anyone have a longer version of the shield and what are the experiences of that?
