Excellent video! I am really considering buying a 401 svartpilen whenever spring comes around here in Norway. ( I had a Honda Grom I did 43.000 miles on :P ) Would you say the exhaust note we hear in the video is close to what you hear when driving? I am sure the DNA Airfilter helps improve some sound as well. Stay safe out there :)
Thanks! I think if you enjoyed the Grom you will love a Svart. Yes this audio recorder ends up being a little above my tail bone so it’s a lot closer than my ears but this is what it sounds like. It doesn’t really pick up the induction noise from the air filter which is an additional enjoyable sound at certain RPMs. It also doesn’t pick up the radiator fan sound or my skid plate rattling a bit. My previous video has a drive by in the opening and I think that’s the most accurate representation of the sound.
@@bikemodos Yeah, the svart is basically a 'grown up Grom', kinda like the CB300R. I absolutely love the sound of 1 cylinder bikes, the low growls on low revs is eargasm. I will definitely consider some of the mods you have done as it seems simple and cheap enough. I will also do a Competition werkes chamber delete but keep the stock cat. Looking forwards to more chill videos, drive safe :)
Thanks for this video, I can’t wait for spring to ride again. Love the sound of your engine. Keep posting. Cheers from Poland
Thank you! Warmer days will be here soon!

Do you use a QuadLock base for your phone? Good trip 👍
may i ask how tall are you?
Btw this bike has a quick shifter both up and down gears, no need to blip the throttle or use the clutch.
I like your Video. Can you tell me the name of the Song. Thank you :)

helloooo... what exhaust you have on? The mirrors are comfortable in that position?
