Please make a floral syrup! Lavender, rose, violet or elderflower. I would also like to see a recreation of the infamous Juniper Latte. That one was my favorite Starbucks drink of all time
Is the water to sugar ratio 1:1 and then add whatever flavoring like 2:1? Where would I find the actual recipes for these different syrups? Please don’t be upset that I am asking. I just may not have seen or heard it. I apologize for these asking.
If you make the syrups with 2 parts sugar to 1 part water, they don’t need to be refrigerated! As a bartender said, “the goal is to make pourable sugar, not sweetened water”
Why am i sitting here tipsy now wanting berry and banana coffee 🤣 i am going to have to try these later.
I bet the banana would also be incredible in an Old Fashioned 🤔
@@StefaniaMarzelia Girl. You are bringing the best ideas tonight. But i know my limit and i know not to cook like this lol.

I appreciate the tip! I don’t mind refrigerating them though, the whole point of me starting to make them at home was to cut back on the sugar 🥰
@@StefaniaMarzelia just put less in ?... otherwise you will just water down your drinks for what reason ? to get more syrup in ?
Can you make coconut syrup at home? It is absolutely divine in iced coffee
Omg that would be so good in a mocha👀
Have you found any good recipes for hazelnut syrup (ideally with a healthier sweetner than raw sugar)? Thanks for the cooking inspiration!
Those look amazing! I would just recommend not using metal in your non-stick pots/pans, if they get scratched it’s super toxic!
I don’t use metal, I have all wooden spoons and the end of my muddle is rubber :)
The bananas were mushy enough she wasn’t scraping she’s got the skills
banana coffee and alcohol, how curious (i am going to drink that raw)
I make my apple crisp macchiato syrup at home from scratch. So good

Ahh I’ve been wanting to make vanilla bean syrup. Could you make this with xylitol to completely avoid bad sugars?
I usually make my syrups with coconut palm sugar but I’ve been out!
