Health anxiety can be so all encompassing it’s so scary and frustrating how often it occupies the mind. Good luck on your journey :)
thank you so much!
Hey, this video was recommended to me - I struggled (and still do sometimes) with severe health anxiety. I had to get dressed in the dark for about a year incase I saw a bruise/mark on my body and then spiralled into "I'm ill/dying etc etc." There has also been other times where even hearing someone say an illness/disease (or god forbid the "C" word) sends me into a panic attack snd I am convinced I now have it.
I never normally comment, but I promise it'll get better as time passes. I remember when I was in its depths, I thought that I'd never get out of it and that the cycle of anxiety and panic was my life forever, but nowadays it hardly ever affects me, and I'll go months without any kind of panic about my health. What helped me was telling myself how many times before I thought I has XYZ and that never was true, so in all likelihood this isn't true either. Hope it eases as time passes x x
thank you so much for commenting. this gives me so much hope ❤️ sending you a lot of love!!
this is such an important and awesome video. Thank for bringing awareness about these topics ❤️🩹
thank you for watching 🤍
marie you literally are so brave for sharing this with all of us. i love you so much and will always be there for you whenever you need me 🫶🏻
thank you, sarah! i love you too 🤍🤍
I've experienced the difficulty of becoming fixated on my breath and the fear of not taking a deep breath. Its terrifying, like you'll never be able to breathe again. I've been the one on the late night nurses line at night and them telling me to find my happy place, yeah ok lol. Just wanted to share with you
Thank u for sharing, this acctually really helped ❤
and thank you for watching ❤️
Thank you for sharing and talking about your struggles ❤ you’re such a beautiful soul
thank you! i love you 🤍🤍
you are so incredibly brave for sharing your struggles and its so important to bring awareness, i really hope it will get better with time pls don't give up.
personally i have emetophobia so i have health anxiety with every symptom that might be connected with feeling sick or throwing up and i definitely saw myself in some things you mentioned... my personal worst point was 2021 with the pandemic and everything closed so i could not force myself to do social things anymore so it ended up being really hard to meet people and go taveling or going to concerts again. but it got a tad better now bc with my phobia it helps to just force myself to go out and endure everything.
i really hope you also find your personal strategy some day to cope and overcome it eventually 🫂🤍

Heyyyyy....I am also going through the sameeeeeeee mannnnnn....I mean it is so same that I can connect to your each word and I can just feel It's me.......
i‘m sorry you‘re going through the same.. just remind yourself you‘re not alone and you‘re stronger than your thoughts!
@@fangirlsunday Yessss...but you know the relief is that I am not alone....
@@fangirlsunday actually today I got to know that What I am going through is help anxiety...and so many people suffer from that...
I really don't know if this is providing any help for your health anxiety but at least I can tell you that I've overcome my anxiety disorder and panic attacks since I started to accept the symptoms and let the panic attacks happen without resisting them.
Your body will adapt to your emotions so the best thing you can do is to be 100% sure that it's just anxiety that wants to trick you because it's is job to make you aware of incoming troubles. So as long as you don't believe in the fact that your healthy, it won't go away.
Easier said than done, i know, but it's probably the only way out.
I'd recommend the Spotify podcast 'disordered' by Josh Fletcher & Drew Linsalata, they're taking a humerous approach to these issues and they both suffered from anxiety
Wish you all the best 👊🏻
thank you so much for this comment! i‘m glad you‘re doing better now.. and thank you for the podcast recommendation.. i will definitely check it out! ❤️

I'm still trying to figure out what helps me to feel better, but my therapist said the most important thing is to not run away from it. don't lay in bed all day to avoid the feeling..if it happens, acknowledge it and take it for what it is. just anxiety :)
@@fangirlsunday ty for sharing , I appreciate it
