IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, I won’t be responding to Instagram messages anymore. I hope you guys understand. It’s not an easy thing for me to have to say. Back when I first started my channel I had very little subscribers so this was something I could do easily but now as my channel has grown and that I’m a mother to two very young children, it’s impossible for me to respond to everyone. I currently have 92 unread messages in my inbox and that’s only from last week. I’ve also been getting a lot of rude and hurtful messages of people saying that I’m fake because I’m not responding or sending me message after message demanding for my attention. I know how it feels when you’re desperate. Truly, I do. I’ve been there. But please remember I am just one person. A lot of people are also asking me for medical advice but please remember I am not a doctor. I’m just like you.
If you want to get in touch, I offer health anxiety talking sessions which you can book here - cherellethinks.setmore.com
I have a health anxiety support page on Facebook. Just type in ‘Health Anxiety Community’ and last, I also do regular Q&A’s on my Instagram too to answer any questions people may have. I hope you understand and it’s never my intention to upset anyone. There just isn’t enough hours in the day. Thanks so much. X

Well done for not googling! It’s so hard to fight the urge to google but at the end of the day, we all know just how toxic google can be and how it’s for the best that we don’t end up typing on our symptoms. I have ended up having a full blown panic because google has told me my symptoms are something serious!! It’s not good. 🤭

Alisha Roxanne Thank you so much 😊It is so hard at times isn’t it! But as you said, it only ends up in a full blown panic attack! We can do this!

I’ve had health anxiety since I was 14. I am 35 now, so it’s been a long time. I’ve learned to curve it now for the most part, but I do find myself obsessing over certain things from time to time. It’s not a fun life to live.

@@NeroMC Lack of sleep and over all pain throughout my body. Update, it's been a year since I wrote that comment. My health anxiety is much better now! Pretty much non existent. I worked in the health field last year and that seemed to help a lot with learning to curve my OCD! I have learned to control my thoughts and realized that I have the ability to control my mind and it's just my fears trying to control me:)

I love this video. It mimics my day in so many ways. The worst is at night when the kids have gone to bed. Then I can go into full anxiety mode. Great job not Googling❤❤❤

Thank you for showing people what happens. I’ve struggled with this since I was so young and didn’t know what it was and my parents thought it was just being dramatic. I’m 15 now and I still have it but I have taught myself how to control it a bit. You’ve got this💞

Loved this video cherelle! It feels amazing to see im not the only one who has ups and downs like this. I myself have suffered with health anxiety since I was 11 (im 20 now) and I cant help but feel it robbed me of alot of my youth. I have always been fixated and terrified of the c word and Its really getting the better of me lately. I made the decision to go back to therapy after doing really well for a year, but these things happen. I find medication helps alot, it almost makes the anxiety less paralysing. Anyways, I've been loving your videos and im so glad I discovered your channel, its helping me so much. Thank you x

Great video, my palpitations have returned, there so annoying. Well done on not googling, I know how hard it can be. You should consider getting blood tests done for any vitimin defiencys. I done that and it turns out my vitimin d was severely low and that is what is causing a lot of my anxiety. It would be worth getting your potassium and magnesium levels checked aswell. I find a massive difference after I boosted my vitimin d levels again.

Ryan Thank you so much for your comment. The palpitations sure are annoying! No matter how many I’ve had, they still scare me every single time! I’ve actually already had my bloods done, twice actually. That was one of the first things that my doctor suggested but they came back all totally normal. I was actually hoping for them to come back a little off so that it could be something that I could rectify! So pleased to hear that you found a big difference! That’s great!

When you get palpitations does it feel like it skips a beat? I get them too i hate it. The only thing that calms me down believe it or not is reading the bible. Since google has a way of convincing me that im going to die. I might as well learn the bible and have faith for the after life. I have actually learned a lot from the bible. So im hoping you Finnish writing your book soon im looking forward to it. Goodnight

    • @cherellethinks

Yes it definitely feels like it skips a beat! Or, sometimes it feels like an extra beat. It’s so scary! I’ve been having it for months and it still freaks me out every single time! I’m so pleased that you found a way to calm yourself down. That’s so great to hear! I’ll definitely keep writing my book! 🤗

I had issues with palpitations (I suffer badly from health anxiety) and have been to A&E twice this year because of them.
The first time, I had an ECG taken and was told it was stress related. The second time, I had an ECG and had bloods taken. The blood tests were to check my heart muscle - and showed that it is absolutely fine.
I also had a 72 hour ECG in June and that came back clear and healthy too.
My palpitations were like a missed beat. Turns out they are simply ectopic beats which are very common and generally harmless if quite alarming when they happen a lot.
Fortunately, my palps have calmed down for the most part.
