@@Pink_dots I am a cook. I wish I could get someone to cook for me. A little oil burns the surface faster so the holes are minimal. Luther has other pancake recipes that don't have such prominent holes. Besides we have other pancake recipes with baking soda or baking powder you can watch and compare.
