- In today's video we put the Porsche 911 Dakar up against the Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato to see which is the better off road supercar performance value. Sure these are dream cars that few will own, but if you have the option which should you choose. Otherwise, we can just wait for them to make our favorite video games.

When comparing these two cars I think of who is actually going to use them. With the lambo it’s most likely going to end up in collectors garages 9/10 times but with the Dakar I feel like that’s a rally car that will really get used to its core. I’d choose the Dakar over the Lamborghini any day.

The Sterrato looks really ugly -- as do all 2-door Lambos to me... There's nothing ugly about the Dakar 911... Completely different potential buyers, I'm sure... The Lambos are more for the Arab/Gulf oil tycoons ... The Dakar 911 can be a daily driver, seriously; no Lambos are daily drivers except their 4-door models...
Very good points. I did once no somebody that daily drove a Lamborghini Aventador, but his parents paid for it, so must be nice to get it for free. But outside of that I don’t think many do that.
The 911 Dakar is pretty awesome in my opinion and like you said it can easily be daily driven.

@@OurRideLife I think that 2-door Lambos look a lot like the Cybertruck... I don't understand why anybody would choose a Lambo over a Porsche, really! Yes, the 911 Dakar really is a super car in terms of price... The base price in the US is about $225k, and one dealer I approached about it said that their one allocated Dakar was already "sold" to some guy who agreed to pay $100k over MSRP... lol...
@@cbatiau2528 Wow! 100K over MSRP is crazy, but he may be able to turn around and sell for more if he found the right buyer. Sometimes people have more money than brains.
