    Fats: 8
    Ingredients
    4 bananas
2 cups (300 g) of cooked black beans
    1 cup (240 g) of soy milk
    1 cup oats (100 g)
    3 tbsp (30 g) of cocoa powder
    2-3 tbsp (60 g) of nut butter
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 pinch of salt
    (Optional) ¼ cup of peanuts
    Instructions
Start by preheating the oven to 180 °C (350 °F) upper and lower heat.
Mash the bananas with a fork until you have a smooth banana cream.
Add the black beans with the soy milk to a blender, blend into a smooth paste.
Add the black bean paste together with the oats, cocoa powder, nut butter, cinnamon, and salt to your bananas.
Mix everything well into a batter.
Add the batter into a baking pan.
Bake it in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 °C (350 °F) upper and lower heat. If you happen to use a large baking form and reduce the height of the brownies, you might just need 20 to 30 minutes until the brownies are ready.
    Enjoy.

Wow! Great recipe, I made black bean brownies 7 years ago but after watching this, I'll follow your recipe but will use full fat coconut milk (more fattening and tasty) instead. Yes, you're right. Most Asian countries love black beans in their desserts e.g. mochi, shaved ice, che` (Vietnamese), halo halo, sticky rice, etc. which are all accidentally Vegan. Thanks. Hope you'll have more subs soon♡♡

Fantastic recipes! I'm oil free, gluten free, no processed sugar so I really appreciate your clever use of beans and lentils to get that important protein in. In the future I think a lot more people will cook like this, but for now you are trailblazers. Great content, many thanks.

Thanks so much! Glad to hear you're enjoying the recipe. We'll think of more clever lentil recipes in the future! ;)

Great recipe - making cakes / brownies
for "afternoon tea" is an important feature
of eating in our household so another healthy recipe
    is always welcome.
As an English teacher here in Germany
I noticed Samuel's repeated use of "juicy"
which was an interesting choice of word.
I always taught my students that there are
right words, wrong words and poetic words
The later are words that will be understood by a native speaker
but are not a word they would use.
"Juicy" is most commonly used for fruit
where you can extract the juice
OR is used of meat where there is a "juice"
(The common feature seems to be liquid coming out)
I would used the word "moist" for cakes and brownies
They have to be moist on the inside and firm on the outside.
I am only a second-language speaker of German
but it is the difference between "saftig" and "feucht"
A cake should be "feucht" not "saftig".

Looks delicious and moist (not juicy 😊😉). Thank you!

juicy is a much better word than moist. I just had to admit to myself (again) that yes chocolate causes my vertigo so can't make these but have made black bean chocolate muffins in the past and they are tasty, not beany at all.

Thanks for sharing Orphelia! Too bad you can't have chocolate, how do you usually replace it? True, there not beany at all :)

@@Yes2LifeShow Nothing can ever replace chocolate in my opinion but for now, i'm just eating dates and peanut butter when i'm craving sweets. Carob is good in its way but definitely does not replace chocolate, i'd say molasses cookies would be better for that. I did make a vegan lemon cake and that was really good with tea. . it was an Elavegan recipe.

Is the taste too bean-y? I don't mind, but if i want to offer it i don't want bean taste to be overwhemling 😄

Haha totally understand! Dont worry, you won't really notice the beans :)
